Subject: Dalaw Paburol and 40 days as regular CS/Marketing Event

Objectives:
1. TO MAKE A DENT IN THE UNIVERSE OF BEREAVEMENT
2. To make our services memorable in the community;
3. To have an effective means of marketing/communicating to the prospects
Reality:
1. We employ Soc Media and tarps to promote/create awareness for our products; but WOM is an important marketing strategy. We create apostles/disciples in the community to promote our product
2. Between a calling card and P50.00 bill the prospect will get the P50.00 bill and remember the giver more;
3. We use plenty on sales program, events etc but the one that really worked and will work are using the Filipino custom of dalaw paburol and 40 days. (We limit this to 40 days.
Dalaw paburol: A program to visit and give food stuff and other promo items to others who died who are not our customers
Target: Burol ng mga namatay na hindi natin customers (non customers)
When: In the week during working hours
Who: CSS, CMO, other sales agent
Why: the house to house campaign and leafleting can be used as useless efforts and expenditures;
How much/what: Foodstuff: pancit cookies etc coffee not to exceed P500.00 to be given to burol of non customers (Source ME)
Promo: items - playing cards, calling cards, mugs, drawstring bags to be given to families; even brochures and leaflets
How: The css1 must obtain a list of the dead in the town from local registrar. He/she will schedule the dalaw paburol. The CMO will spearhead and take the initiative to do this. Magsasama ng SE, SM and SD
Ano pa: pagpost sa FOFF ng libreng obituary
40 days - PAGDALAW SA IKA 40 DAYS NA PAGDIRIWANG NG NAMATAYAN AT NALIBING NASERVICEAN NATIN: (Cremation, funeral service, interment service)
BUDGET: P1,000 para sa lahat: food and gas. Mas mahal ang pagkain dito. 1 bilao ng puto, o pansit etc. (Source ME)
SINO: customers mga naservicean natin sa plots, interment, cremation at CMCS
Ano pa: 1. Pagshow ulit ng tribute
2. Video nang interment
3. Pakikupagkuwentuhan sa mga pamilya ng naulila
