Telecon on Addendum, Motivational Quotes and Focus in Marketing

We had a telecon with Ma'am Lanie January 9, 2012 2:00pm, and she discussed about the addendum, motivational quotes and focus in marketing.  We have talked and understand the content of the addendum that is, we had to fill in the information and immediately send it through emailed when payment was made. For not complying this addendum we understand that there is a penalty for late postings. In that case, we will make sure that every interment document and when payment was made we will immediately emailed it to holygardens.memorial.com and post it to blog. This is a great opportunities for us having a great incentives, we work and we get what we had work for. 


 The second topic was the motivational quotes. It was quoted  that, in the absence of clearly defined goals, we strangely become loyal to performing daily trivia, and become enslaved to it...." we understand that everyday we have to set a clear goals in sales, collection and for beautification of the park that, we must see to it that we will achieve it everyday. And by achieving it we must change our bad habits, achieve the shitsuke award, be on-time, immediate solution to the problems, clear goals in developing and beautification of the memorial park and increasing sales and collections. Motivating ourselves is a big reward, love our work achieve the goals and everybody will be happy.


Last was, Focus in marketing, with this year 2012 we are focusing in Placement by recruiting agents and staff to help increase sales and collections and will be recommending agents to increase their commission who had been performing excellent and will be tenting the agents for prospecting and selling.


This 2012 Targets be distribute in ourselves and placement of agents to achieve our clear goals.  I will comply and love my work.
