1.  You are requested/compelled to come early, submit your work early   START AND FINISH EVERYTHING ON TIME

      Leadership, THE HEAD LEADS THE TAILS MUST SET GOOD EXAMPLE

    

2.  Why we need CLAY GO (Clean as  you go)   VISIBLE SIGNS OF QUALITY

     1. Clean our utensils after we eat;

     2.  Have clean, splatter free toilets

     3.  Dust the tables and computers  before starting to work

     4.  Empty the trash can

     5.  File properly

     BULLETIN BOARD

     LABELLING OF FILES FILING CABS, HAVING TICKLERS/ADDRESSES

3.  WHY WE NEED TO MEET INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE STANDARDS (Because our customers are from here and abroad

     and many of our customers have  come from abroad)

4.   AVOID REWORKS:  do work right the first time;  by understanding what is being taught, and reading well the documents

      and literature.  BY OBEYING.   (Is this happening?)

5.  MEETING CUSTOMERS AND ATTENDING TO THEIR NEEDS IS A PRIORITY;  why we cant delay our  actions
