January 10, 2012, Mam Lanie and
I, talked about the Addendum in Interment Document Processing Incentives memo,
motivational qoutes, and last is about our focus in marketing for the year
2012.
First, she discussed me regarding
the addendum in interment processing incentives that upon payment of interment
fee, data for interment shall be emailed to holygardens.memorial.com
immediately and not more than 6 hours after receipt payments, and the data /
copy are clearly emailed to us. For not complying this addendum, it is clearly
noted that there is a penalty for late posting ang therefore, we will make sure
that we will immediately post and email it. Also it will help us to be a better
and disciplined employees.
Second, she discussed me about
the motivational quotes from Robert Heinlein, he says that “ in the absence of clearly defined goals, we
strangely become loyal to performing daily trivia, and become enslaved to it...”
it tells is that, everyday we should have clear goals for our job assignments,
in selling , collections, beautification of our MP, and also in being organized
and panctual in sending reports or what our superior needed for us to accomplish.
And when we achieve this, it will help us to change our bad habits that will
turns us to have a clear, organized goals, that will be easier for us to work for the next coming days, and also if we change our bad
habits, it can helps evey individual in our compnay to meet our previledges in
every incentives. We should love our
work.
Last, we talked about our Focus
in Marketing for 2012, she discussed
that we will focus in our Agents that truly have a big help for us to increase
our prospects and increase also our sales. We will give them to have a schedule
for tenting in our MP for prospecting and selling, also we will be having a
reccomendation those agents that will perform well to increase their
commisssion rate. We will focus on recruitment of agents for this year.
