SUBJECT: ACTIVITIES AT HGGMP TODAY.
l. I met Dennis and Grace at Jollibee Waltermart today, after I met Dr. Tito Contado from Los Banos. I emphasized to the two:
l. The importance of being trusted; of being countable. Why are you there, especially na kinausap ko sila na sila bahala na ayusin ang HGGMP
si Dennis sa landscaping, at si Grace and office. It is not expected that Grace will say I can not do it.
2. Being obedient and disciplined: follow MC, follow procedures, reduce cost.
2. Physical appearance:
l. Dirty Chapel walls, door, floor
2. Tall grasses near the walls
3. Tape marks in the office
4. Maruruming mga silya.
It is noteworthy that the office looked OK
3. New recruit:
l. Needs further training on customer service, selling ,etc. S R TRAINING B.
