As I read the article I was comparing myself to penguins that I am determined enough to be a sencere, faithful and dedicated servant. Not only to our customer,my colleagues but to god who have guide me and given me this job.it is my responsibility to take good care of this company,it is in our hands that this company must grow and successful. So I must hand in hand tackle my job to the best of my ability,friendly with each other and never practice a habit of DON’T leave if for tomorrow,what you can do it for today. So,I fervently pray to god that this job given to me will served us a permanent livelihood as a mother of three children.I honestly,proved myself to do my best just like a penguins no matters what happens ,even if the wind blows it would always comeback to the Standing Upright position. To be patience and strong determination are the very best weapon in order to achieve my goal.and as a Marketing I will always apply this three things the Strategic Planning, Innovation and time management.

The inflatable penguins are about having a strong foundation of determination and strength within ourselves. Our lives are full of struggles and challenges. Building a strong foundation will greatly help us on conquering different challenges. Being an employee of our company, I must be equipped with sufficient knowledge regarding our products so that whatever negative feedbacks and comments I encounter, I may be able to handle and solve it. Determination and perseverance are also needed so that we can sell our products and services to our customers. Setting higher goals to achieve will also help on attaining our targets. It will serve as our motivational factors to reach our targets. Just like the inflatable penguins, we must stand still, despite of any circumstances that we face. Let us be like them.
