Under Title 13 of the Revised Penal Code, entitled crimes against Honor, there are 2 Articles 363 "Incriminating Innocent Persons"and 364 and Intriguing Against Honor. worthy of consideration.
Those who bear false witness, or sow intrigues in the organization with false undocumented hearsays, can be held liable under the courts of law and PUNISHED. They must be warned.
