Interment Documents Processing Incentive

SUBJECT:    PROPOSAL FOR AN INTERMENT DOCUMENTS PROCESSING INCENTIVE


An incentive mechanics for CSS2, CRM, and SBU CMO/ACM0 is hereby proposed:

l.   Criteria:     

          Completeness of all items in the check list             -            20 pts

           Less 5 pts for every incomplete item

         Submission of the IF reimbursement within 7 CD after         20 pts


         Marker and grass   within 7 days after interment                  30 pts
         Beyond 7 days gets zero                
        
        Completeness of IF docs; no mistakes;  every mistake is       10 pts
        less 5 pts
  
        Posting in the blog within 2 days after interment,                      10 pts
        less 5 pts for every day of delay

        Accuracy of posting within standards                                        10 pts
         less 5 for every mistake, spelling or non
         conformance to standard.        
      2.  AWARDS:
   
                100 Pts          -      500
                  95- 99          -      400
                   90-94          -      300
                    85-89         -       250

      3.  Qualifiers:

            l.  O zero backlog in IF reimbursement
            2.  All ;posts updated, all labels corrected.
            3.  Interment is  excellent
            4.   There is no discount on the interment, not PIS,  or  no AR
            5.  The staff does not  have  C or D offense.

4.  l.   There is  a criteria card for every interment;
     2.  The controller rates it
     3.  The card gets ;processed within 7 days after it is submitted.

5.   Distribution:


         CSS 2         -  50%
         CMO           -   30%
         CRM            -   20%

This proposal comes complete with a proposed improvement of customer service from CH

    In line with this,I will:
    a.post immediately the pre-interment announcement right after the down payment has been paid by the family.
    b. post the post-interment reports after the interment.
    c. deliver the complete interment package before and after the interment especially bermuda and markers.

    I will strive hard to achieve the criteria for this incentive.

  2. Incentives motivates employee to do her job well. In line with this incentives mechanics, I will make it sure that every interment are of excellent quality in terms of:
    1. Checklist, observance of completeness, correctness and cleanliness of the documents ( no wrong spellings);
    2. IF must be replenish ASAP, collection must be deposited; with complete attachments;
    3. Markers and bermuda grass must be up-to-date to avoid complaints from customers;
    4. Post immediately to blog upon receipt of basic information of the deceased with picture; Pictures taken during interment must be posted also immediately after interment for the family to view it in the web.

    The rewards are mutually exclusive, the initiative and the desire to achieve it lies in every employee. A good deed deserves a good reward; A tit for tat.

  3. Acknowledge mam/sir.We will complete all the checklist needed together with the necessary reports or posting needed.We will post pre-interment report as soon the client fill-up Interment Authorization. This incentive mechanic help us in financial aspect.

  4. With this approved proposal of incentives it will help us motivate more and always be updated in our daily task. In line with this Interment Documents Processing Incentive:

    a. I will make sure that all items in the checklist is complete.
    b. I will make sure the marker and bermuda grass are in place and immediately have it picture.
    c. I will double check the IF Documents attachment and avoid mistakes in spelling and other information.
    d. After interment I will post at the blog the information, the slide share and the movie maker must be post immediately for fast processing of IF documents.
    We will monitor our work and we have to prepare checklist to update and for fast retrieving of criteria we have to accomplish.

Magandang araw po, magandang oportunidad po itoing ganitong Incentive proposal, makakatulong po ito para mapabilis at maiwasan ang pabalik balik na pagpaprocess ng mga Interment Replenishments, at para po makasunod din po at magkaroon ng disiplina ang bawat CSS na maibigay ang standard ng ating trabaho.

    WTDN:
    Mga paraan upang makumpleto at mga ka incentive sa pag proseso ng Interment documents:

    1. Para po di na madelay ang marker na malimit n problema ng HGCMP, gagawa na po kami P.O. sa supplier ng 30 minimum volume ng marble dito sa Calapan, na sa ngayon ay sa Batangas pa nagmumula ang marker at nabayad pa kami ng trucking fee na 60 pesos per marker kaya't umaabot po ito ng 810, kung dito po, only 750 po ang magiging halaga ng marker.

    2.Bibigyan ng panahon mag post sa blog ang CSS, pagkuha ng mas maaga sa mga data ng deceased at ipapaskin ang memo na ito sa office upang di malimutan ng bawat isa na lagi ito mababasa.
