ReplyDeleteYes Sir we can benchmark po mga nakitang pictures sa chapel po mga ligthings, indoor plants, table design and putting flowers in center table.
Isa lang to sa maraming naipakita at naipadala. Implementation po ang kelangan at kusang loob ng bawat sbu through CMO/ACMO.
Some of the observations in the pictures for bench marking:
ReplyDelete1. The park is green. It creates a very cooling view for the visitors and even to viewers of the picture.
2. Maramihan ang mga halaman. Marami ang mga trees na naitanim.
3. They also have ornamental plants.
4. Ground soils were covered or surrounded by shrubs and ground cover plants like red creeper, etc.
5. They have indoor plants.
6. also the table setting is very nice and clean.
A lot of seen plants in the picture is also present and available in our park but maybe what we lack is proper implementation and training on landscaping. We need to further enhance our garden technicians with regards to beautification of our memorial park. Ipapakita po ang mga pictures na ito sa mga garden technicians para mas matutuhan nila ang mga principles ng landscaping at para madagdagan ang kanilang idea sa pagpapaganda ang ating memorial park.

Yes sir we can benchmark the landscaping at Forest hills, Solano. I've also been here last 2004 conducted tribute and interment to one of the richest family in Solano. It was really a nice place! Hindi mo mahahalatang may nakalibing sa mga lawns nila bec. there's a rock with tablet/marker and landscaping. Malamig ang site nila dahil maraming halaman. Which I think yun ang iaadopt dito sa Panga dahil masyadong mainit.

We can benchmark those pictures. All we need is more focus, sipag at tiyaga sa mga ginagawa. Simula po ngayon mas magiging maayos at makakakitaan ng improvement at pagbabago ang Holy Gardens Greenhills. Buburahin po namin ang mga pangit na pictures na naipost.

Absolutely sir. Kailangan po talaga namin palawakin ang aming isip sa paglalandscape at maka-cultivate na mga tanim. Kagaya po nang mga tinuro ninyo sa amin Sir, nakahingi po kami ng mga tanim na wala pa po sa aming nursery at paparamihin po ito.
2. Why are we not improving?
Marami po naging balakid sa atin kaya po wala po naging improvement sa amin dahil po sa kakulangan ng idea at sa hindi pag-iimplement na mga naituro sa amin. Aside po sa kakulangan ng budget kaya po hindi po namin napaganda ang ilang parte ng memorial park.
