Last Saturday, I passed by HGGMP site; ASR was attending a seminar with GB. I was not pleased with what I saw.
Some questions:
l. Are the staff in HGGMP united and disciplined?
2. Do have goals and sense of mission?
3. Do they have shitsuke? Work scheduling?
4. Is beautification in their hearts?
Here are some pictures:
Where is the nursery?
Did the grass grow overnight?
Is nobody in charge, nor inspecting these?
Is the irrigation system being used properly?
Is there frugality, cost reduction?
Beautification?
Are we really beautifying working on the saleable areas?
Are the brush cutter, now 2 working?
Do we expect many sales?
How accurate are the reports on saleable areas?
So this is massing?
Is this the landscaped planting strip?
What is wrong with the picture?
Who will remove the weeds?
TPM - Did you keep your promise?
Are the chain blocks left on the vault hauler?
Why are the chains rusted all ready? The chain block is new~!
Dont we think we need to repaint the vault hauler? Rusted in places.
5s is it real? Is it being done?
What are the non 5s here?
King Kambing rules; what is your order for 5s?
Ipis and cigarette butts scattered right in front of the ofc. No one sees?
Beautifying again?
A place to be lovingly remembered?
We have to remove dead fronds and branches
When will ASR have her presence and leadership felt?
When will GCH contribute to this effort?
When will we see beautification?
When can we be one?

What to do next:
1. Get a copy of GT work schedule
2. Tight supervision on GT WS
3. Proper delegation on WS
4. Pag aralan water system procedure. EGH,ASR and I must work well.
5. Chain block lilinisan at itatago ngaun.Train mga ISG na lahat na gagamitin sa interment ay nakatago at nalinisan.
6. Before and after report from ASR
7. Train ASR to own ownership and start to instill leadership at HGGMP.
WHAT TO DO NEXT:
ReplyDelete1. Siguraduhin na laging malinis ang harapan ng opisina. Hangga't maaari,tuwing may lalabas na customer ay ihatid sa labas para makita kung may duming nakakalat sa harap ng opisina;
2. Turuan at sanayin ang bawat isa na matutong magpulot ng basura na kanilang nakikita.
3. Tutukan ang mga ipinapatrabaho sa GT, huwag iiwan at uuwi hangga't hindi natatapos ang work schedule.
4. Nalinis at nalangisan na ang chain block. Napag-sabihan na rin ang mga taong in-charge sa mga lugar na napuna at ginagawa na upang mabago.
5. Maging makulit,paulit-ulit sa mga pagpapa-alala sa pag-iingat ng mga gamit ng kumpanya.

1. Sa lahat ng pictures na nakapost, makikita dito na iresponsable at walang malasakit sa kanilang trabaho ang mga GT at ISG ng HGGMP, kahit na binibigyan sila ng WS nawawalan ito ng saysay.
Suggestions:
1. Proper monitoring of GT obligations from time to time
2. Encourage our GT to Accomplished their tasks ASAP
3. Sa obserbasyon ko likas na sa GT ng calamba ang papitiks pitiks, walang
kusa at malasakit sa Trabaho,inuumpisahan ang trabaho ayon sa WS pero
hindi tinatapos
4. Bigyan pa natin sila ng pagkakataon na ituwid ang mga MALI, subalit sa
susunod na ganito padin ang nangyari, dapat na silang PALITAN!. hindi na
magbabago yan, makaka-impluwensya pa ng iba.
5. Aireen ang leader ng ISG ninyo ay si Tatang, mas makabubuti kung kukuha
kayo ng bagong grupo ng ISG na responsable, may disiplina at malasakit sa
mga gamit natin lalo sa interment.
COMMENT:
2. Where is the Nursery?
- The staff of HGGMP reported to me that they already accomplished the
nursery/bluegrass nursery, that is why I reported it also to Sir Jorge
- may nagawa nga naman silang nursery, ang kamalian lang ay hindi
pinangalagaan, hinayaang matabunan ng matataas na damo.
Suggestions:
1.Clean the area of nursery
2.Brush cut the tall grasses/tabasin at kutuhan
3.Irevive ang bluegrass nursery/nursery
4.Always maintain our nursery- araw araw diligan at asikasuhin ang mga tinanim
5.panatilihin nang malinis, maayos at walang matataas n ligaw n damo sa ating
nursery
COMMENTS:
3. Is the Irrigation System being used properly?
- Ang mga garden hose n ginagamit sa HGGMP ay sobrang dami na ng butas
-hinahayaan lang ng GT na tumagas ang tubig sa malapit sa pump house
-Wala man lang ka effort effort na padaluyin ito papunta sa lawn areas
-Ang tumatagas na tubig malapit sa pump house ay katabi ng bluegrass nursery,
bakit hindi ito doon pinadaloy?
Suggestions:
1.Provide a garden hose-2rolls of 1" diameter & 1roll of 1/2"diameter
- to be use in sprinkler operation
2.Provide sprinkler for both diameters of garden hose with applicable
connector to control/prevent leak
3.GT must have an effort to transfer the sprinkler to other location from
time to time to water a large area of lawn.
4.Be responsible, have concern and willing to work properly for the benefit
of our company/project.
5.Pls! provide the necessary materials, kailangan ito para sa proper usage of
irrigation system. may request din akong mga gripo para sa mga faucet ng
C.R. hanggang ngaun hindi naipoprovide.
