Let us renew our understanding and interest, and enthusiasm on customer service by having a telecon, or group discussion at the SBU.

I HIGHLY APPRECIATE A FEEDBACK


This is one of the best presentation on Customer Service Training.

Much of this is disregarded and ignored and forgotte.

Maricar, please do the above in liieu of what we are supposed to be doing tomorrow?  (ie national conferences on CSS, CMO, and  GT)

  1. Customer service is an important factor to close a sales and for continuous patronage of the product. As a Sales Admin Assistant, I believe that we can give to our customers is an excellence service.

  2. A company with excellent customer service is more likely to get repeat business from customers. The company will benefit with greater sales and profits. Companies with poor customer service may lose customers, which will have a negative impact on business. So we must maintain excellent customer service.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
