Observance of CCD 5.1 ie that quarreling with fellow employees and customers(and sellers) is a Class D offense

Subject:  Quarreling with fellow employees customers (and agents who are also considered as customers) is a Class D offense -  subject to dismissal

A group of agents signed a petition vs an employee in a Northern Luzon SBU for allegedly quarreling with their customers with them which they claim (and we agree) is bad for the business and our current customers. (There is another complaint about the same person quarreling with co workers,  There was a similar complaint where she was temporarily assigned too for the same offense.  We are to be blamed too for being tolerant because may sakit)  While we are trying to woo the customers with Rewards, and promo items, we cant hold on to them, and will seek business elsewhere or be agents to competitors.

WE SHOULD TAKE THIS PETITION SERIOUSLY;  there was one in Calamba which I shrugged off

Hence our company under its CCD punishes such individuals with Class D punishment, ie dismissal

Thus I enjoin HR, the SBU to observe such and initiate dismissal proceedIngs and or warn the party concerned. Obtain evidences, testimonials, affidavits if we are to prosecute such anomalies.   Ginawa na inulit, gagawin pa rin
