What:   Revision of Orientation Training  Syllabus

Objectives:

1.  To turn out professional and productive trainees

2.  To develop positive attitude passion and interest in the work of trainees

3. To capacitate:  develop leadership and correct mental models among newbies

Reality:

1.   It is like a vomitus  hitting your face that your trainees  dont remember a thing about the orientation that  you conducted;

2.   We are not levelling  up, in many areas of the company there is corruption ie deterioration of management system, process and output

3.   We have many challenges in meeting our sales targets

WTDN:

We have to upgrade, level up our inputs and thoroughputs.  On top of hiring  the best we upgrade our orientation/capacitation process
