NOTICESeptember 21, 2017TO: All Holy Gardens BuyersNotice hereby served to all the buyers of Holy Gardens Memorial Park under our regular sales and Hataw Promo last March to May 2017.
We promised that we will issue all our buyers for Personal Accident Insurance and Credit Group Life Insurance which assures the customers of amortization deemed paid and disability benefits in PAI.
However, this shall be effective after you have filed GLI application form an after you receive a policy for such insurance coverage.
Holy Gardens Memorial Park its officers, employees and assigned agents shall not be held liable for such insurance coverage unless a duly signed and accomplished application for Group Life Insurance has been submitted to us and policy for such coverage have been issued.A large number of our customers unfortunately have not done the above. May we request for usual and kind consideration and understanding.By:The Management
