It's a song about how the God of the universe takes the time to love each person, individually. About how God knows my name and all about me. It's a personal thing. I really like this song. It tells me that even though I might think that I seem insignificant in the grand scheme of life, that God would have sent his son to die even if I were the only person. It is amazing how great his love is for us. - Helen

Your company can be great: if you have: DISCIPLINED PEOPLE, with DISCIPLINED THOUGHTS, and DISCIPLINED EXECUTION.
In related to our topic Obey Discipline is one of the most important in our company it is a pattern of behavior where you choose to do what you should do. Rather that what you want to do.
Discipline is one of the corn stone to living a successful and fulfilling life and something we should all strive to master.
The writer comparing himself unto God. Where in realizing that God is the most powerful beyond all this things. That we are thankful because all the things that we see around us, what we felt, what we’ve encountering is all because of him.
ReplyDeleteWhatever we encounter either good or bad still we should thank God because we’re not here without him. He’s the one who created us. Given us the opportunity to claim all these things happening unto us starting from the day that we are born to present. So who am I to question God for days that I encounter some undesirable things? Instead, I should thank him; praise him that I am his daughter. Because for every single day that I still live, the more I have known myself if who I am.

Dapat po nating pasalamatan ang ating Panginoon sa pagkakataon na ipinagkaloob po niya sa atin na masilayan ang mundo. Na ipakita natin ang pasasalamat sa kanya hindi lang sa salita kundi sa paggawa. Sa pamamagitan ng paggawa ng mabuti sa trabaho po natin na gawing maayos ang site kahit hindi po kami nakikita ng mga boss po natin sina Sir Jorge, Mam Elvie, Mam Madel ay gagampanan pa din po namin ng maayos ang aming mga trabaho. At hindi lang pagpapakita ng kabutihan sa trabaho kundi pa na din sa kapwa at syempre sa ating mga pamilya.

Ang Diyos ang siyang ating panginoon, ang lumikha sa atin. Dapat tayong magpasalamat at tayoy isa sa mga biniyayaang mabuhay at makita lahat ng kanyang ginawa na kamanghamangha. Kayat dapat nating pahalagahan lahat ng bagay na ating nakikita. Gaya ng pagpapahalaga sa ating mga pamilya, sa mga nararanasan natin na kasiyahan, kahit problema man yan. Na pahalagahan ang trabaho namin. Sapagkat di maibibigay lahat ng pangangailan ng aking pamilya kung hindi ko din papahalagan ang aking trabaho. Dahil ang isa sa misyon ko kaya ako andito na pinagkalooban ng Diyos ay ang mamuhay ng marangal at maayos upang maitaguyod sng pamilya at makatulong sa iba.

Who am i? Sino ba ako, anu ang role ko dito sa lupa nang ako'y pinlano ng Panginoon na buhayin sa pamamagitan ng aking mga magulang.

Tayo ay nandito upang gawin ang kalooban ng Panginoong at upang kilalanin sya.
Hindi man natin kayang gawin lahat ng nagawa ng Panginoon dahil sya ang Diyos, ngunit dahil tayo ang unang nilikha nya na kawangis nya, tayo ay may kakayahan upang tulungan ang ating kapwa sa pamamagitan ng pag-ibig at pagsunod sa kanyang mga utos.
Kahalintulad sa ating trabaho, ang paglilingkod sa ating kapwa, sa kumpanya at sa ating mga cutomers ay paglilingkod na din sa ating Panginoon.
Ganun din sa paglilibing tayo ay naglilingkod sa mga pamilyang iniiwan ng mahal nila sa buhay kung saan nagbibigay tayo ng magandang serbisyo sa pmamagitan ng pagproprogram, pag-aabot ng mga bulaklak, pag-bibigay payo hindi lamang sa mga namatayan kundi para din sa mga bisita.
Gaya ng sinabi ng Panginoong Jesus sa Matthew Chapter 5: 4, "Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted"
Sinu din ang ating katatakutan? kung ang Panginoon ang tumatahan sa ating mga puso wala tayong dapat katakutan dahil walang imposible sa kanya hanggat nagtitiwala at nananampalataya tayo sa kanya.
Ang kailangan natin ay magkaroon ng disiplina sa ating mga sarili upang ang bawat kalalabasan ng ating mga ginagawa ay maayos.

Inspite of the sin or mistake we have made in life, God still love us. He give us some trials and challenges so that we have a chance to know our self better.He want also to show us how powerful He is and He want us to know Him deeper.
ReplyDeleteWho am I? It tells what we done in this world simply shows what kind of person we are.We all like plants that today we exist but tomorrow we will fade in this world.The important is,if we use our life worthy or wasted it for nothing.
In relation to our job, what we done to our company show how kind of person we are.If we do follow the rules of Holy gardens, then we are obedience kind of employee.Being faithful and passionate to our job shows we love and respect our company.

We must be disciplined enough to deliver the desired results being expected to us. Having a self-discipline is doing your job even though no one is watching. It concerns on doing the right things instead of doing what you want. The result of the execution manifests your thoughts on doing it. Let us all be disciplined in all ways.

Tumulong tayong pagandahin ang ating MP upang makatulong tayo hindi lang sa ating kompanya kundi sa pagpapanatili din ng kagandahan sa mga mata ng ating mga kliyente. Gawin natin ng tama ang ating trabaho kahit pa walang nakatingin sa atin. Sundin natin ang work schedule na binibigay upang magawa natin ang ating trabaho ng nasa ayos.

Doing what you want is good but doing what you should do or doing what you are intended to do is far away better. When you have self-discipline you will be able to conquer all especially in instances that will occur. You can control your temper and your anger in handling difficult situations. Having a disciple thought is doing what you think that is right. Always remember that action always speaks louder than words. And in having disciplined execution, you always follow what is to be followed. Instead of following what you want to do, you will always have to follow standard procedures.
