TOPIC:

1. HOW TO IMPROVE PRODUCTIVITY
a. know what you want; goal setting, WIFM (what is it for me)
b.Write it down (commit in writing)
c. Have a plan action
d. Recognize the money value of time
“People with clear, written goals, accomplish far more in a shorter period of time than people without them could ever imagine.” 


2. DISCIPLINE- He has harped so many times that a salesman, a leader, a manager must do what he must do,at a time and place needed even if he does like doing this. A successful person is one who does what others fail or do not like to do.

Discipline-  the practice of training people to obey rules or a code of behavior, using punishment to correct disobedience.


This is the topic that we choose because its related to yesterday topic OBEDIENCE this two thing is very important in our company so that what happen in Calamba didn't happen again and again.

S -Start small- dapat mag umpisa tayo sa mababa para maabot natin ang gusto natin wag agad tayo mag hahangad ng mataas.
Be on time - in relation to my job if you always on time you will finish many things or task.

Organize your life - You must have a goal setting much better if you have a journal to list down everthing

Welcome responsibilities - You must always ready for everything happen for all the responsibility they given to me i must accept it.

Accept Correction - We must know how to listen and be opened minded that they need to correct us in every mistake that we done this is also for our improvement.

Practice Self Denial - We must practice for us to help others

    Productivity and discipline are two important things an employee should have inorder to perform his duties towards the realization of goals.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
