SUBJECT:   SENDING SUBMISSION OF DAILY AM TALK, ATTENDANCE AND ARRIVAL REPORT

Objectives:    1.  To practice Corde (to do things even when no one is watching)
                      2.  To practice self discipline and being punctual
3    To affirm attendance and arrival

Reality:

1.  Very few subscribe to this or obey
2.   We saw that due to failure to be punctual, some of our SBUs were penalized.

That time is gold, that time lost is money lost.
Those who are constantly late committed this sin of tardiness in BIR submission

What:

1.  Submit this faithfully
2.  Mr. John will monitor and report: every  Saturday:
      1.  Those who did not submit
2   Remind notify those who are late
3.  We will mark absent those who will not submit. for the day.

How do we as friends help the Paralytics? Are you a paralytic? 3f jm February 21, 2018 am talk

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

Are SBUs submitting or sorely deliquent?   One of the Paralytics?

For kaizen reports: You must post pictures under this template duly classified. Answer and provide pictures for all headings. COMPLY AND UNDERSTAND. 1. Pics of office (storage, files)/chapel, cr. Also post pictures of your staff in complete uniform daily with id for am talk) STRICT COMPLIANCE 2. Pics of site (the park) beautification/construction 3. Pics of warehouse inside and outside; SHOW INVENTORIES AND LOCKS 4. Pics of inventory of equipment (especially of those non operating) and materials 5. Pics of operational equipment

Questions before the reading of the gospel and viewing the video:

1. What is a paralytic?
2. Who are the friends of the paralytic?  Do paralytic have friends?
3.  What will you do to help the paralytic?

We read the gospel friends of the Paralytic   Friends of the Paralytic - Mark 2: 1 - 12

When He had come back to Capernaum several days afterward, it was heard that He was at home. 2 And many were gathered together, so that there was no longer room, not even near the door; and He was speaking the word to them. 3 And they came, bringing to Him a paralytic, carried by four men. 4 Being unable to get to Him because of the crowd, they removed the roof above Him; and when they had dug an opening, they let down the pallet on which the paralytic was lying. 5 And Jesus seeing their faith said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” 6 But some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, 7 “Why does this man speak that way? He is blaspheming; who can forgive sins but God alone?” 8 Immediately Jesus, aware in His spirit that they were reasoning that way within themselves, said to them, “Why are you reasoning about these things in your hearts? 9 “Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven’; or to say, ‘Get up, and pick up your pallet and walk’? 10 “But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the paralytic, 11 “I say to you, get up, pick up your pallet and go home.” 12 And he got up and immediately picked up the pallet and went out in the sight of everyone, so that they were all amazed and were glorifying God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this.”

Another version for the kids:

1.  What is a paralytic?

He is a man incapable of feeling and moving from neck down as a result of:

      1. Trauma -  gun shot wound, vehicular accident, falls that causes serious permanent injury to the
          spinal column (brain stem)

      2.  Cerebro vascular accident -  bleeding in the brain that causes the motor sensory area of the
brain do die;  the bleeding came from high blood pressure or tumor or again falls.

Thus the man can not feel, nor move.  He is a virtual vegetable:  he can not even excrete his body waste and must be helped.  He lives a difficult and challenging life, worse than death

Are there paralytics among us?   Yes.  Who are they:  those who do not answer texts, emails, submit reports, as ordered as contained in their admin plans, memos, those who have little or no outputs,  nor accomplish anything  are paralyzed.  Those who need all resources or make excuses and alibis on little things are paralyzed.   Nor if they are friends, they are not real friends.

2.  Who are the friends?

They are close friends.  Normally paralytics are not even visited by friends. They are usually smelly and dirty and looks ugly.  No one wants to be near them.  The friends who helped the paralytic and carried him from his house to the place of Jesus, carried him up the rooftop carved out opening at
the roof, and lowered them to the floor where Jesus was EXERTED HARD WORK AND REAL EFFORTS

A company before was called COMPANIA.  An association of friends.  Are we all friends? Are we
helping one another or creating dissension and difficulties.   Are we following our bosses?   Do we respect them?  Can we be depended upon on day to day activities or especially when we are needed most?

Why do some steal, or bring us to DOLE even if the company provided for our income for sometime?  Are we even grateful?

3.  What can we do to help the paralytic?

    Where are we paralyzed at?

    1.  Hiring

    2.   Communications  TEXT EMAILS, BLOGS, blog posting, comments,

    3. Training  Performance evaluation

    4. Sales and collection

        Customer service

         Promo items

         Interment

         CMCS

    5.  Reporting:   abstracts, PPA, master list, FS....

    6.  Projects planning and completion
