SUBJECT:   SENDING SUBMISSION OF DAILY AM TALK, ATTENDANCE AND ARRIVAL REPORT

Objectives:    1.  To practice Corde (to do things even when no one is watching)
                      2.  To practice self discipline and being punctual
3    To affirm attendance and arrival

Reality:

1.  Very few subscribe to this or obey
2.   We saw that due to failure to be punctual, some of our SBUs were penalized.

That time is gold, that time lost is money lost.
Those who are constantly late committed this sin of tardiness in BIR submission

What:

1.  Submit this faithfully
2.  Mr. John will monitor and report: every  Saturday:
      1.  Those who did not submit
2   Remind notify those who are late
3.  We will mark absent those who will not submit. for the day.

Time lost is gone forever, use it well and make a difference in this world

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

The video tells of 4 things that can not come back, once gone, gone forever:   words that we speak, opportunity, stones thrown into a river, and lastly time.

An average person as 70 years to live that is 70 x 12 =  840 months.   If we place 840 marbles in a jar, we can easily how fast the number of diminished once we remove twelve.  Use your time wisely.

Accomplish, achieve something. Plan what to do. and DO IT.  Dont be content to be a 8 to 5 person or member of 501 club.  Magtrabaho tayo.

Make a difference in this world.  Do something that  people and world will remember you by.

Make DENT IN THE UNIVERSE.  Will you?

Can you

The importance of goal setting and thinking and planning for the future

PAGSASANAY SA TAGUMPAY

We often hear the word goal setting, planning for the future.  How many actually pay attention to this?

In an experiment conducted by Science Discovery, nothing could have influenced the outcome except the idea that such will be happening.  Thus the future events actually draw in or determine the present.   There could be such thing as fate, destiny or predestination.  That could be coming from the outside or predetermined/planned by the individual.   Do you believe.?

The future predetermines our present

6 Time Management tips from Brian Tracy

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

September 13, 2014

These tips will help you sell more as a sales executive. Read and view this and double and even triple your sales.

Have we viewed this before;  in case we forgot, here  are the tips from Brian Tracy

This presumes you have a planner. And you have a watch or a calendar (most cellphones and android have)

1.  Prepare. This is the equivalent of planning.  Before you leave office in the afternoon, prepare what you are to do the following day. Therefore you know exactly what you are to do the following day.  And since you have written this down, you need not worry about this as you drive or commute going home.

2. Schedule your time.   Order prioritize what you are to do.  Do not let external dictate your day.  By doing this, you give yourself a greater sense of control and leadership.  And a sense of power and achievement.

3. Start early. Most successful people sleep and wake up early. By waking up early, you give enough time for yourself to prepare and think more on what you are to do. Most violate this important rule by waking up and starting late

4.  Have organizational skills :  where you place your thing and your files (even your computer file)  Are they on B D drive, C drive.  Or only at docs or desktop.   Know how to find your files and things   Invest in organizers.

5. Do things when you are most productive.  Are you an AM person or PM person. LIkewise, if  you are negotiating, try to nego when you think that the energy level of adversary is down

6. Air travel productivity:     Air travelers are 3x more productive than when they are in office Why because they are uninterrupted.  So bring enough work when you fly.  You will be glad you did/

Time Is Gold; time management

This is our AM talk the other day regarding time:

ON TIME

l.  Time is gold

2  Time lost is lost forever

3. We pass this earth/place but once, do all the goodness while we can.

4.  What do you do if you were given P86,400.00 in a day;  P31,536,000.00 in a year?

5. Think in terms of specific time frame:  watch time, GMT, or calendar day;  avoid being vague on schedule.

6.  We cant talk in terms of seasons, or after an event like lunch.

ON EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY

1.  Efficiency is doing things right (for the first time;  no waste no reworks).  It is output/input.  It is > 1

2.  Effectiveness is doing the right things (ie things that are related to desired results/objectives/outcomes)
It is making the right choices, or choices that are higher order vs vision mission beliefs and principles.

THE EFFECTIVE EXECUTIVE by Peter Drucker

the five principles

l.  Know where the time goes (have diary of log of your activities)

2.  Focus on your contribution (ambag)

3.  Focus on the results (they are outside the organization;  do not focus on group dynamics or internal)

4.  First things first

5.  Make the decisions effective (do it now;  do it right)
