1.  To increase the knowledge and skills (wisdom of CSS) so that they can sell more;
2.  To make them level up to their admin plan to get promoted


Reality:

1.  The inbox tray of posts at this blog show the posts to be unread;
2.  The outputs of SBUs are disappointing;   we are not meeting sales and collection targets
3.  A satisfactory write up/kuwento on how we do our sales and prospecting during the CSS conference were not submitted taken up.

WE CANT AFFORD TO HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE, LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ON SALES PROSPECTING AND SELLING

There must be breakdown in communications and or compliance

WHAT:   The CSS s are ordered to read these posts and submit a  one email reflection on each one of the

  • As we are in our field of work, we thankful to receive our payments, but before we do have our salary we will work hard, I especially still need to work to intensify the activities in my job for the benefits that they gaven to me , I obligue make myself better for the work for the greater help to the company.

- We have to face the reality in life all the game in life for the future to, to face the fear and struggles and if you exceed to this, you don't fell very bad in nothing.
REFLECTION
  • In life especially in our work we must face all trials at first difficult to start with activities that also are used to work , second we need to train yourself in that situation should work and work to overcome the bad problems at work and that when passing the difficulties in our work we are doing to cultivate any hardship suffered before the beginning and we do not lose any time when all the work we have been succeed.
5. " AMONG THE THINGS YOU CAN GIVE & STILL KEEP ARE YOUR WORD A SMILE AND A GRATEFUL HEART'".
- Always humble in all time and keep your heart clean in all matter.
REFLECTION
  • We work sometimes feel at stress , we still need to laugh and provide good service to customers and we are particularly to the others we are not encountered them we give a proper service of our clients and we have always paid attention to them.
6. " MAN DESIGNED FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT. ENGINEERED FOR SUCCESS AND ENDOWED WITH THE SEEDS OF GREATNESS".
- We people need to have a accomplishment till we are alive, and endowed for the greatness of the last their works they achieve all the good things that already overcome.

* We need to be successful in the filed of our work and life, before we get old enough that we have achieved in life achievement for our lifetime has brought in lifetime, as employee have to inspiration for our ranking that we have done in are term so that we can say that we are success in ourselves.

  • We don't have to tread other people in the field of our work, otherwise some of  them boost us to improve our self and to become more competitive person, Like me lesson learned for me is to become more become great employee what my boss says to me my self sytem need to improve to help more business always strong.

   9. PEOPLE OFTEN SAY THAT MOTIVATION DOESN'T LAST. WELL, NEITHER DOES BATHING -- THAT'S WHY WE RECOMMENDED IT DAILY.
   - Motivation is to push your self being busy in every day life .

  * So there is motivation for us to make our own dreams and sustainable basis we ourselves so that we can work these things that we should achieve in ourselves particularly in our work we need to motivate para maipaklita sa company for being worthy in our work and so we have our boss see us na nag pupursige tayo sa trabaho na nakaatang para sa atin araw araw.

10. "' YOUR ATTITUDE NOT YOUR APTITUDE, DETERMINES YOUR ALTITUDE."
- YOUR ATTITUDE is very important to business it will recognize you really you are.
REFLECTION.
- Attitude is important in an individual because ,Every body will see how you become respectful, especially to our everyday work who need we have properly behavior especially with people we encounter , we concentrated not the tendency to ignore the work if our attitude time to time is always proper we have a lot buyers of our product.

11."EXPECT THE BEST PREPARE FOR THE WORST CAPITALIZE ON WHAT COMES."
- Always best is their but sometimes bad moments is present and always be active at all times.
REFLCTION
*Not all the time is well occurs in our time in the best have also proven that we do not expect to come a little problem but we should keep alert all the time .As I work have a comment that bad or is it a small problem it shall be immediately fix it ..

I posted a memo enjoining the staff to read all blogs and emails. I even wrote margin notes on CV

Action REQUIRED:

1.  To give your salaries only if you have replied to these emails  completely or commented on the posts.

2.  To enforce the  recitation  the Vision Mission Beliefs and Principles from memory and from the heart.

Q2 conference of CMOs April 23 -24, 2014

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"



We had the 2nd quarter conference of SBUs of Holy Gardens Memorial Park today at 3ffb and we had the theme:   "IMPROVING MANAGERIAL PERFORMANCE"

First to arrive were Brenn and RCC of north, followed by Cynthia and Erika of HGGMP and latest by Mildred of Calapan who arrived at 8:30

We had the song "Pananagutan" and "Wind Beneath my Wings" as opening event.

Then we had the review of products:  BVO, HGMP, CAPF.  We had Q and A and making reflections. We did review of the handbook.  It was noted with great concern that somebody from 3ffb did not obey the instruction for him to conduct a lecture.  We did away with the usual lavish lunch and had Mang Inasal at lunch and Chowking in the evening. For snacks in the afternoon, we had halohalo

I found out that we had difficulty in product knowledge and mastery

The 6 are billeted  at Villa Jhoana resort (P5t per night with free use of pool)  We had dinner and later some discussion on:

1.  Current positioning of Holy Gardens;

2.  Future of BVO and Holy Gardens Memorial Package.

3.  MLII retail loan by Isha

4.  Completion of the marketing plan for Q2.

Tomorrow we go to Wawa for Zipline and I will do a lecture on Management

                       Certificates  will be issued only for those who complete writing the reflections
