Why go into CMS? What at all bother going into this? There are several reasons. CC discussed with these reasons, and this office discussed this with HAMP staff this morning:

2. The margins and earnings for casket is at least 30%
3. The cap ex is minimal
4. This is the natural flow of the business: you have a plot, what else do you need. You are right: interment service and memorial service.
5. When we go into this business, we are going to be winner:
Why?
1. We have have assets to show to the buyers to inspire confidence;
2. We will not just be selling paper, but service and products that they can avail of anytime
Thus, this move is sowing fears into the hearts of other memorial homes (as Save More makes other retailers thinking of closing shop)

CMS or Complete Memorial Service is a great addition in the company. this will serve as a one stop shop for the customers. they will no longer need to go back and forth making transactions with different people or company they will just need to transact with one person or company for all their needs. this is less hassle for the customers and for us as well. we will no longer need to coordinate with other companies for the burial.
