What not to benchmark!? at Holy Gardens Greenhills

"I listen and I forget, I see and remember, I experience and I understand" - a Chinese proverb

The other day I was at Holy Gardens Calamba (Holy Gardens Greenhills) and despite frequent visit, admonition, not much seemed to have changed.  The instructions were not followed, and the memorial park was not clean and beatiful.  What can be done?

x                                        They said it just rained, hence this dirt

x                                       The guys cut what should not be cut

 x                                      Dirty gutter

This was the flower put that needed to be cleaned

x                                      Grass is more overpowering the peanut plan.

x                                       The vines and the talahib are the vertical gardens?

 x  JMV's grass is irritating

 x

 x

x                            Can we entice buyers to believe this is a park?

                                          Di nahihiya, maraming makahiya

                                       Kinalbo peanut plant, di kinutohan

Di nakikita ng GT ang talahib?  Are they being paid right?  What are the girls doing, not checking?

Let us be one and improve ourselves and the park.

When do we change for the better,?

Social media marketing isn't just good for finding new customers; it can also be used to encourage your current customers to make additional purchases, Monika Jansen writes. "For example, you could offer a coupon to your Facebook community, providing them with a discount off their fourth purchase," she writes.
