l. Between now and Nov l, 20ll, we focus on marketing activities: HOW AND HOW MANY DO WE SELL. Have your marketing collaterals in place; increase marketing inputs especially prospecting and product knowledge.
2. Capitalize and leverage on what we have:
l. Excellent and different interment (those whose markers are late? you cant)
2. Courteous and responsive staff
3. Nice looking memorial park - nice landscaping (go ask yourself)
4. New products and new products promo: 5% dp, body crypts, ash c rypts.
IMPORTANT: WE HAVE GADGET ;PROMO FOR 20% DP FOR GE AND SSN. Are we pushing these things?
Are we pushing different products, each day, every week? Or are we in routine mode and neglect other products
5. Our freemium products. What are they? Do you know them? Are you pushing them.?
6. Product knowledge and selling skills. Are you capacitated? Are you well equipped?

1. Yes sir, dapat as early as now we must increase our marketing inputs everyday for us to sell lots and hit our targets. Bec. it's a number game. The more we have prospects the more we close sales.

Free Interment, Free lots, Free gadget and Free obit. Kulang po ang push although its free. Hindi sapat ang efforts kailangan po lagyan ng passion ang ating mga ginagawa, maging aggressive, lagyan ng diin.
6. We have knowledge about the products but selling tactics of marketing people are not enough. WTDN: role playing and applying what we have learned from SS.

1. Yes sir, we must give importance to our marketing inputs and activities because these are very important in generating prospects that will lead to higher sales. Prospecting is the very first step to generate sale. If we have a big number of prospects we have also a higher probability of hitting our targets.Numbers game. The more prospect we have the more sales we generate. But if we have limited prospect and marketing activities then we expect that our performance will always be the same or low.
ReplyDelete2. We should take advantage and be proud that our interment is excellent and different from any other memorial park; that the park is nice looking; but we have still to work hard on landscaping; we have a lot of product and promos like the 5%dp, body crypts, ashcrypts.
We are also pushing the 20%DP or the gadget promo for SSN and FE and GE.
We are also pushing different products everyday through leaflets, thru agents, thru textblast, telemarketing, etc.
5. Our freemium products are the following:
a. Free lots
b. Free interment
c. Free Obit
d. Free gadget
Though all of these things are free we cant still market it to our customers. May be the reason why is marketing lacks deep understanding and deeply care about of what we can get from offering this. There is no personal mastery on the products that we have that is why we also lack push to it. That though these was being implemented and discussed intensively marketing were half-hearted in pushing it. Kulang pa rin ng diin at pagpapahalaga.
6. Product knowledge and selling skills.-As to product knowledge i can say that i have done my part to explain at the most simplest ways and term that marketing people could understand. Needs more knowledge with regards to the product. if the understanding on the product is hollow then eventually the selling techniques is affected. Marketing people here needs more training with regards to products, newly launched promos and most especially selling skills and techniques. May be everyday role playing would help.

ReplyDelete1. We are focusing on our marketing activities. We conduct daily saturation to inner barangays equipped with fliers and sales kit. Wake of deceased persons were visited and conduct prospecting together with the agents.
4. We have fliers for the 5% DP, 20% DP with gadget and Free Lots (Treasure hunt)and we see to it that we explained it well to the prospects

5.Nagkakaroon po kami ng saturation at leafletting sa mga nadadaanan naming lugar, isinanabay na rin po nmn tuwing may kolekyon para malaman ng mga mamamayan lalo na sa mga liblib na lugar ang ating mga produkto at promo.At tuwing idle time po nmn, natetextblast po kami sa mga kliyente na natin sa pamamagitan ng CRM data base.

We must have more sales as early as we can, we need to have more prospects every day, at least 30 prospects per day, and we should announced our products and services in our community by having saturation in different barangays and putting up more tarpaulins so that our promos will be advertise, having leaf letting in public areas, in order to increase our sales.

We will not tolerate again our late markers, we will be sure that the markers will be deliver on time, we will promptly pay our suppliers so that, we will have a good relationship with the suppliers, and they will believed our company again - for our excellent interment service, Because our standard in interment service are more competitive than other MP.

Are not enough, we need to read, search in google re selling techniques,continous tranings of oneself regarding selling techniques...... we should never stop in searching more selling skills that will help us to improve and can adjust to different people around us.

Aside from that, for having courteous and approachable staff, putting efforts to maintain nice and clean appearance of our memorial park.We have also new promos for our customers like 5% down payment, body crypts and ash crypts.We are also pushing the gadget promo for 20% down payment for GE and SSN and other promos by leafleting, text blasts, telemarketing, etc.

2. We are making sure that every interment, we are being remembered. Innovation every now and then, hindi lang focus sa excellent interment also for the people attended na dekalidad at parating may bago sa holy gardens.
3. Mas Pinagandang Memorial park kasama sa package na maintroduce sa client ang ating memorial park na kaayaayang tignan.dahil ito ang pinakalayunin natin ang maipaliwanag sa kanila ang kahalagahan ng memorial lot sa buhay ng bawat tao.
4. Bawat text blast at leafleting na ginagawa namin ay kasamang iniintroduce ang ating mga products. The more awareness for them mas mainam.
