Are we aligned with these:?
l. If two SBUs have undelivered markers
2. Many SBUs have tall grasses and unlandscaped areas?
3, We commit mistakes with obituaries especially with names of the deceased? How could this happen to us?
4. We cant answer the phone calls of our superior promptly? We do not even load our sim? Is professionalism present?
5. Our CMOs do no know who the dead are?.
If JC cried over the death of Lazarus, and he is concerned with the life of the dead, how about us when this our business?

Yes sir. Our salaries come from our customers so we need to give them the excellent service. We must have empathy and sympathy to the family and relatives of the deceased. We can do this by giving them a memorable and loving memories for their love one who passed away.
ReplyDeleteIn HG Greenhills, all pending markers from Oscar Marble will be delivered today. 12 markers from our old supplier is ready for pick up but needs to settle the balance for the engrave. We can complete pending markers on Oct. 18, 2011. HGGMP also prepared JO for makers for the last 3 interment this week and stock for the coming interment if any.
Tall grasses in vault area and SSN1 area were already cleared. Today, Oct. 14, Rene and I planted calachuchi and san francisco and pandan plant at the perimeter fence of GE area. We also planted duranta at the gutter of GE area. Calachuchi were planted along the gutter of Lawn 6.
I reminded Grace and Jovie to be careful on the names, spelling date of birth and date died when posting in the blogs as well as in the preparation of marker.
I required our newly hired, Ms. Jovie Alingal to have sun number. She already provided sun number.

1. In case of HGCMP, we are not aligned with our MVP, Definition of business and in providing customer service to them because we failed to deliver on time the markers of their loved ones;
ReplyDelete2. We always see to it that the daily work schedule of Garden Contractor is being done and accomplish. Our 2 new GCs are hardworking and showed loyalty to the company. May sariling palo;
3. Before posting names of deceased in obituary, i check and double check all the details specially the names of the deceased person;
4. As much as possible, I strive my best to answer all the incoming calls. If we failed to answer properly all the calls and communications, professionalism is not present and we must do our part as employee to overcome those hindrances to increase our customers and give them the best customer service that they have paid for.
5. We personally visit the wakes of the deceased we have here in Calapan, We talked and sympathize with them and give encouraging words.
We must love what we are doing because it is our life - we will not be here if all the people are immortals, we will have no purpose of existence. We must be grateful and do our best to serve our customers better each day. We must never give up. Strive harder.
