Rejoinder for Holy Gardens Calamba

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

Calamba is almost done and I thought that it like Pangasinan, will carry the flag for the entire Holy Gardens group.  However, it was bedevilled by a not very honest fmr CMO and lately by voidss in organization and leadership.

To correct difficulties I went there myself and even Ms. Elvie, technicians from HAMP to help HGGMP.  The recent events of insubordination, accidents, ugly memorial park, unacted orders/instructions saw the ugly side of human nature and must be corrected in the strongest terms possible;

l.  Never would markets be neglected. This destroys our MVP

2.  Everything matters, including trash near the office and around the chapel.  If our leadership do not mind these little things, then who will?

3.  If I noted something and I meet people and I instruct them, I expect them to execute at once what was discussed.  No excuses.  No alibi.

4.  We are not running a jailhouse nor are 3ffb staff  BJMP jailguards.  We are on the same team.  We are not adversaries.  We work together.

5.  We do not tolerate, nor should it have been tolerated that individuals who can not work nor obey their superiors were allowed to stay a minute longer.  They should be processed at once to be dismissed and asked to work where they will be allowed to do their thing.

Let this be a fair and clear rejoinder to everyone concerned
