This is to remind you on the following:

1. Daily Prospect Monitoring Sheet (DPMS) – All CMO shall post on the blog their DPMS DAILY. CMO must monitor and check the DPMS of marketing staff on their respective SBU.

2. Weekly List of Deceased – Weekly list of deceased is not regularly posted on the blog. This list will help us to cater at-need customers and awareness on the internet.

This letter serves as written warning. Doing the same will cause reprimand under our Code of Conduct and Discipline.

Please comply.
