The Word of God from 2 Cor. 9:6-8 teach us to sow kindness, knowledge, hardwork for us to reap the same. In our work, especially in marketing, we should have many prospects and marketing inputs for us to achieve our targets. Same to the planting of shrubs and trees by our GT. The more they plant, the more planting materials we can use for landscaping. We can beautify our memorial park by planting more plants and trees.
ReplyDeleteWe, as part of our organization, must do willingly and gladly our work. Our work is our mission. We should do this with enthusiasm. By doing this, God will help us to get what we need because we have good cause and that is to help other people and be an instrument of God's blessing for other. By doing this, God will reward us because of planting good deeds to our customers.

ReplyDeleteSinasabi po sa 2 Corinthians 9:6 na kapag kaunti and itinanim kaunti din ang aanihin. Sa pagbebenta dapat maraming prosgen/back up para marami din for closing. Numbers game. Dapat po magsipag at ng sa ganun may mapapala at makakain.
Sa 9:7 naman ay nagpapaalala na dapatna dapat ibigay natin ang ating mga puso sa ating ginagawa. Na dapat may pagmamahal at pagmamalasakit. ang bawat benta na magegenerate ay malaking tulong upang magampanan natin ang ating tungkulin sa ating kapwa-shared vision. Channel of blessing. Hidi tayo makakapagbigay kung ultimo sarili nating pangangailangan ay di natin mapunan. Sa hat ng gagawin dapat magkaroon tau ng cheerful heart dahil mas magandang magbigay kung bukal sa kalooban.SA bawat trabaho dapat ay may pagkukusa at pagmamahal. Dahil kung tayo ay nalpipilitan lang ang magiging resulta natin ay hilaw.
9:8-marami tayong biyaya na makakamit mula sa Maykapal kung tayo ay gagawa ng kabutihan. Dapat maipaliwanag sa ating mga customers ang MVP ng ating produkto upang sa ganun ay maliwanagan sila na ang pagbili ng lote sa MP ay napakahalagang bagay sa kanilang buhay. Sa kadahilanang yun lang ang natatanging alaala na kanilang maiiwan kapag sila ay wala na sa mundong ibabaw.

The three points made by the Bible is to plant many seeds to have large crop so that we will be able to give gladly. In relation to our job, we must have to plant many seeds, as in more prospecting, give excellent customer service to our customers and communicate our promos to the market so we will be able to harvest more crops and we can give back more hence we will be blessed by God.

With regards to our work, as a marketing staff we should be able to generate more prospects everyday through text blast, visitation, leafleting,product presentations for people's awareness, let people know that Holy Gardens exist and that we are not only a cemetery, that we, at Holy Gardens Memorial park is their final destination where they will be lovingly remembered. By having more marketing inputs and the willingness to generate prospects, its possible to gain higher sales.Having a sale is all that matters. Being responsible for the things we chose to do is one important thing through success. God will probably benefit those who give willingly. Life is like an echo, it gives back everything what you have given.

The three points at the 2 Corinthians 9 verses 6-8 is to plant many seeds to have large crop so that we will be able to give gladly.In relation to our work, first is we have to beautify our memorial park because this is our main product that we may able to sell and came up a large amount of sales, develop marketing skills, work with faith, believe in our product and serve gladly.
