Limited Number of Comments on Posts

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning.

When we look at the stats, we see the number of comments on posts or visits to posts to be only single digits (not more than l0@).  We envision that all posts are read by all.  The entire Holy Gardens group is not just 9??!

Can we have more thororough reading of the posts?  Can we really have a community?  More commonality in understanding?

Then the response is very very delayed?

Can we really implemennt the secret of success?  To work harder?

Can we really get out of our routine?  Out of comfort zone?  And really start working and learning




Are we close? Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.

    Yes sir, we will see to it that we visit this blog everyday to keep us updated. Also we should understand all its contents and comment on it.

    Every SBU mus have time of 1 hr. every after am talk to read,understand and have a comments in every post.

    CMO will assign staff to do the typing of posting of GT/TS

    Being new in the company, I am grateful that we have this community blog wherein we trainee can learn on-line about the company, its policies, procedures and the staff from different SBUs. Everyday I will read and make comments on each new post.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Your registering on this comment box is being graded under communication. Observe RRURAC: Read, Reflect, Understand, Realize (apply to reality) Apply, and Check (if it works)
You need to make __comments a month to qualify for promotion under our CCD

Read the posts on this site every AM talk. Many problems arise simply because people do not know what to do, because they did not read this site

We are making sure that you improve yourself, engage yourself in self improvement through this site...
