GOAL/OBJECTIVES

  1. To increase sales of 20 lots per month amounting to 677,419.20.
  2. To increase liquidity up to 135,000 per month since the required down payment is 20%.
  3. To bring excitement and enjoyment to our PTM (female teachers).
  4. To increase productivity of marketing staff and agents.

REALITY

Our competitor here in Pangasinan doesn’t offer any freebies to their buyers only the discounts upon getting a lot. So we come up with the free lots to bring good news and excitement in selling by agents and marketing and provide interest in buying by our prospects.

It is an opportunity for us to offer them an exciting promo emphasizing the power of Free that aside from owning a lot investment they have the chance to win free lots.
