Results of My HGGMP Visit Today Sept 21,2011

SUBJECT : MUCH NEEDED SITE IMPROVEMENTS

Despite the reassuring pictures sent on the weekly posts by SBU, and the text messages on what was done, my visit shows that:

l. stricter work schedules, landscaping and 5s standards have to be imposed.

2. work has to be speeded up

3. passion/ spirit or resources have to be increased.

The entrance flagstaff for tarp have to be fixed. One frame is hanging on its side up the pole: not a nice sight.

This is reality.  What shall the people in charge do about it?   When? Can we have these cleaned/beautified before Nov l, 2011?   Can we sleep soundly with these.

This is the reason why our sales are failing?

Why are text reports and even blog reports inconsistent with the above?

Engr. GH please comment.  I am insisting that developments shall be for saleable areas.  Are the developed areas in GH saleable?

The secret of success is hard work, hard work, hard work.  Let us work harder and smarter.  Please schedule work smartly and supervise smartly.

    In the name of Morong Land Developers, Inc. and as an Engr. incharge for the development of HGGMP saleable areas- I did my best to accomplished the project as it needs to be a saleable memorial park

    1. Lawn 6 and G.E. was already established at its desired elevations with flat top surface and ready for planting of blue grass/ carabao grass

    2. I've requested the needed quantity of carabao grass to plant at lawn 6 and G.E. but HGGMP failed to provide my request- untill rainy season came

    3. Through rains/ runoff it created the top surface of lawn into rough again because of not providing the neccessary ground cover

    4. I really understand that it cost a big amount of money to develop the said area but if only we provided the ground cover maybe it will not became a rough surface with many gullies and DAMONG LIGAW

    5. Because of the ugly/dirty appearances of our memorial park it mostly affected our sales, so I am requesting and encouraging all the staff of HGGMP including dailyworkers to be a responsible members of Holy Gardens Company to divert those ugly appearances of site into a well cleaned, landscaped and saleable memorial park

    6. All Garden Technicians of HGGMP- maging responsable sana kayo sa inyong trabaho, hindi porket may naka assigned sa inyong area iyon na lamang ang pagtutuunan nyo ng pansin, maging mapagmasid kayo sa ating park kung ano ang dapat linisin at bigyan ng pansin para sa ikagaganda at ikasasaayos ng ating site, magtulungan tayo, magkaroon sana tayo ng KUSANG PAlO, hindi na tayo dapat pang naghihintay ng utos, kailangan may malasakit tayo sa ating Park, lalot higit ito ang ating HANAPBUHAY!!! KAILAN PA TAYO KIKILOS??? MAAASAHAN KO BA ANG INYONG KOOPERASYON???????

    7. Sa mga Staff natin sa lahat ng SBU especially HGGMP- I need your full cooperation with this problems- PAGLILINIS, PAGSASAAYOS at PAGPAPAGANDA ng ating MEMORIAL PARK
    - Maintindihan sana ninyo na isa lang ang inyong Engr. para mamonitor lahat ng dapat gawin sa ating Park
    - Palagi nating pinag uusapan ang communication lalo na ang reporting sa kung ano na ang naisasagawa sa paglilinis at pagpapaganda ng Park pero bakit ganun???
    -Hindi na dapat na ipa-follow up pa kau palagi, magkaroon kayo ng kusa na magreport ng TAMA!!!

    8. Ang nirereport ko kay Sir Jorge araw-araw ay nakabatay lang din sa mga report sa akin kaya kung ang report ninyo sa akin ay hindi makatotohanan, hindi kayo ang NAPAPAHIYA kundi ako, kaya sana maging responsable din kau sa pagmomonitor ng mga activities natin sa site

    9. Ang lahat ng report ay dapat MAKATOTOHANAN, maglaan kayo ng oras para imonitor ang mga ginagawa ng ating GT at dailyworkers

    10. Naiintindihan ko na madami kayong obligasyon sa loob ng opisina lalo na sa pgbebenta, pero mas lalo kayo mahihirapan makabenta kung hindi kayo magmamalasakit sa pagpapalinis at pagpapaganda ng ng ating site

    ****Nais kung ipaunawa sa inyo na hindi ako galit, sinasabi ko lang ang aking SALOOBIN!!!- MALAPIT NA ANG UNDAS, kailangan na ang ating MEMORIAL PARK ay maging MAGANDA, MALINIS, MALIWANAG SA GABI at MAY SAPAT NA SUPPLY NG TUBIG!

    SANA ANG MENSAHE KONG ITO AY HINDI MAGING MITSA NG ATING HINDI PAGKAKAUNAWAAN, BAGKUS MAGSILBI ITONG HAMON SA LAHAT NG HOLY GARDENIANS INCLUDING BPI AND HOLY ANGELS!!!!!!

    I agree to what Engr. GH comment earlier.

    1. May I know how much we need to budget for the ground cover (carabao grass)?

    2. I will make sure that materials for erosion control will be ready this week to prevent heavy rain to wash the top soil. It will also prevent the soil to scatter in our main road.

    3. It is impossible for our HGGMP staff not to see those tall grasses in our memorial park. Magalit tayo sa mga talahib. Huwag nating hayaang sakupin ng talahib ang ating memorial park. Ang mga HGGMP office staff ay mayordoma ng ating memorial park dapat tutukan ang mga GT sa mga ginagawa nila at dapat tapusin upang makasigurado tayo na maayos at tama ang mga trabaho.

    4. Life is exciting for marketing people to sell if we have a nice and clean memorial park. Dapat lahat tayo ay may pakialam sa itsura ng ating memorial park. That is ours.

    5. November 1 is approaching. We need to double our time to finish all these problems for us to have a better result on November 1.
