MARKETING PLAN - ASHCRYPT
GOAL/OBJECTIVES
- To increase sales in ash crypt by at least 20 units per month amounting to 1, 800, 000.00
- To pay the monthly amortization of ash crypt coming from the sales of ash crypt not from operation.
- To be able to put up crematorium in the future.
REALITY
Last April 2011 the ash crypts were installed here in La Union. But base on sales performance only 3 units of ash crypts were sold. Ahs crypt becomes part of slow moving products. Instead of having separate fund for the ash crypts in order to put up crematorium it becomes now a part of payables that needs to raise a budget coming from the operation. The down payment is quite high and customers can’t afford to give a spot down payment.
Options/Alternatives:
Plan A.1 Information dissemination to agents, existing customers and prospects.
A.2 Leaf letting and saturation in every barangay.
A.3 Sales presentation in every organizations and establishments.
A. 4 Sending of proposals when delivery of documents.
B. 5 Explain to the customer the MVP of Ashcrypt- “to be remembered when we die.”
B. 6 Primary target market should be families with loved ones interred at public cemetery.
Plan B.1 setting up booth at site, City Plaza, or selected location in City proper.
B.2 Announcement of promo after interment by the CSS.
B.3 Ask referrals/sharing a link of free lots promotion at blogs/FB.
B. 4 schedule of sales presentation to organizations.
B. 6 Primary target market should be families with loved ones interred at public cemetery.

Since Holy Gardens La Union Memorial Park is the first and only memorial park who offers ash crypts HGLUMP staff should work hard to sell. Customers coming from Ilocos Region and nearby provinces should be offered with these. One possible target market for ash crypts are those families with loved ones interred at public cemetery.

Process | - Send letter to JV partner regarding the promo-5% DP on ash crypts
- Open to sales agents and office sales.
- Commission for agents will only be processed upon completion of 20% DP.
- Upon the 20 % documents will also be process at BPI office.
- Documents process only also when 20 % down payment is settled.
- In case of forfeiture or back out 50 % of the total amount paid is only refundable. Request letter including all the attachments like OR shall be submitted to HGMP office before the refund shall be process.

Dapat maipaliwanag natin ang MVP.
Sipagan natin.The only thing na magagawa natin ay bumenta para mabayaran natin monthly payments ng ashcrypt and eventually makapag put up tayo ng crematorium.
Yes mam, we need to work harder to sell ashcrypts to lessen the burden of paying the monthly amortization from the operation money. And of course to fulfill the plan of putting a crematorium here in San Fernando City, La union.
