Findings on My Visit Today to HGGMP - Inspection of Landscaping and Beautification

SUBJECT  :STEEP LEARNING CURVE IN OBEDIENCE AND LANDSCAPING

There is so much still to be done and a faster change is progress is needed in Calamba.  Much is demanded from  Ms. Carlota S. and Dennis:

l.  Entrance:   Write a letter to Barangay Mun Engineer to fix drainage near  the  entrance/school

2.  Flower pots:    remove grass plant new trees (ficus?)

3.  Apartment/body crypts area.

         l.  Remove concrete droppings

         2.  Plant vines

        3.  Remove dirt from crypts and the broom

        4.  Remove trash.

        5.  When do we install the markers?  Are we in synch with our MVP that namely HGGMP is a place where your memories will be marked?  Do these delays help you strengthen our sales?  I thought we got the markers all ready?

THIS IS JUST 20 METERS AWAY FROM THE CHAPEL/OFFICE. Why is this not being attended to up to now?

4.     Pathwalk:  remove grass that grows on crack;  cut grass that overlaps the concrete.

5.   DO NOT BURN GRASSES IN THE PARK;  YOU MAY CREATE brush FIRE AND DESTROY OTHER LANDSCAPING AND HARM FURTHER THE PLANET EARTH.

6.   GE area:

           l.  Install willow wattling and netting correctly

           2.  For the long term;    l.  place blind drainage.;   2.  plant trees and shrub along the gutter and along the fence ASAP.

FOR BOTH SUBMIT:   Plan ,work schedule,  and  BOM asap.  At the minimum, annotate this post with 5w and lh.

Do we have problems with self mastery?  As per CS, we really need work schedule so that "di papapetek petek GT?  Pag busy, hindi niya nacheckcheck ang patrabaho.

Those who were assigned before did not do and or failed to implement correctly.  Let us execute correctly.

    AM: Routinary activities on Entrance (sweeping, cleaning & trimming of plants)
    PM: Assigned on Apartment Area (cleaning, pagkukutkot ng tulo ng semento, pag aalis ng semento sa ground)

    2. Rene - to be checked and monitored by Ms. Grace
    AM: Routinary Works on assigned area (brush cutting, sweeping, cleaning) Removal of old flaglets
    PM:Cleaning of CR (male & female)

    3. Efren - to be checked & monitored by Ms. Josephine
    AM: Routinary works on assigned area (brush cutting, sweeping, cleaning)
    PM: Pagtatanggal ng makahiya at paglilinis/clearing ng gutter at pathwalk, pagtatanggal ng damo at unwanted grass/plants sa pathwalk at gutter.

    4. Garden Contrator - to be checked and monitored by Dennis
    Assigned in Lawn 6 and GE area
    -pagtatanggal ng tall grasses, sweeping, cleaning, clearing.
    -pagtatanim ng peanut plant sa GE area
    -Paglilinis ng kalsada sa tapat ng GE area na natabunan ng putik.

    Pictures and report at 5pm in the afternoon.
