Ang HGGMP ay pinamamalaking MP sa grupo at pinakamalaki potential sapagka't very strategic ang location (bagama't lahat ay magaganda ang location).  Ito ay isang modelo dapat para sa lahat.  So with Pangasinan.

Dapat magamot natin lahat ang mga problema na nakalahathala dito para umasenso image at benta natin. Tayo ay gumising at makiisa. DAPAT KUMILOS KAAGAD.

    1. Ruel - to be checked and monitored by Ms. Lot Sabile
    AM: Routinary activities on Entrance (sweeping, cleaning & trimming of plants)
    PM: Assigned on Apartment Area (cleaning, pagkukutkot ng tulo ng semento, pag aalis ng semento sa ground)

    2. Rene - to be checked and monitored by Ms. Grace
    AM: Routinary Works on assigned area (brush cutting, sweeping, cleaning) Removal of old flaglets
    PM:Cleaning of CR (male & female)

    3. Efren - to be checked & monitored by Ms. Josephine
    AM: Routinary works on assigned area (brush cutting, sweeping, cleaning)
    PM: Pagtatanggal ng makahiya at paglilinis/clearing ng gutter at pathwalk, pagtatanggal ng damo at unwanted grass/plants sa pathwalk at gutter.

    4. Garden Contrator - to be checked and monitored by Dennis
    Assigned in Lawn 6 and GE area
    -pagtatanggal ng tall grasses, sweeping, cleaning, clearing.
    -pagtatanim ng peanut plant sa GE area
    -Paglilinis ng kalsada sa tapat ng GE area na natabunan ng putik.

    Pictures and report at 5pm in the afternoon.

  2. Thank you sir for posting this. Kahit kami na nasa malayo natututo po kami. Na sa mga larawang pinakita dapat hindi ganon ang aming MP. Kahit sa mga kaliit liitang bagay pag pangit ang itsura dapat aksyunan po kaagad.
    Kami po na magaganda sa paningin ng aming mga kliyente ay dapat maganda din ang MP sa kanilang paningin para marami po kaming benta at koleksyon sa araw araw.

    WTDN:
    1. Tamang work scheduling sa GT at GC;
    2. Every morning iikot sa site para aktuwal na makita ang mga pangit na di dapat makita ng mga kliyente;

    3. Every afternoon icheck po ang mga bagay na natapos at pakikipag uusap sa mga GT kung ano ang dapat ipriority sa susunod na araw.

    4. Masusing pagtuturo ng 5S at ang kahalagahan nito sa mga GT at ISG.
