Despite the fact that the first line of this blog is on communications, we are not improving.
We would like to remind and we are ready to discipline those who will not comply.
l. I told Oton through one of the GT to contact me. Nothing happenned.
2. I called a CSS at Pangasinan. He did not bother to return call nor acknowledge, return the call.
Are we close? Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.

Communication is one of the key for excellence. If we want to excel, we must always communicate.
ReplyDeleteI will remind HG Oton to communicate regularly/daily.
Whenever there is an unanswered call, we must acknowledge it by: texting what went wrong why we did not answer the call or return call to the caller. Especially if the caller is our SMD. The call is not accidental but intentional for you to communicate.
Please review the memo for communication. In good times and bad times, we must communicate.
Thank you.

3. Disciplinary actions will be impose if ever they resist to obey.

Good morning, with all the respect I'm really sorry that i didn't answer your call and I did not acknowledged it that time for the reason that we were preparing our tribute presentation.
ReplyDeleteThis will be my lesson learned. Next time I will promptly answer the call, if not, I will acknowledge it right away...

One of the reason why we are not improving or why we can't go near excellence is poor communication. We are good in plannings but we fail to communicate and execute it properly.
ReplyDeleteWhat to do next?
1. Since our SBU's were scattered on different places and the one of the medium of communication is thru telephone calls it is then a must for every employee to keep in touch with our superiors.
2. Be brave enough to answer phone calls no matter what the situation is. Either good or bad news, because it is only then that we can produce a better result.
3. If in case we are not able to answer the phone call due to some reasons like having a client being assisted then we should inform the person concerned asap the reason as to why we were not able to answer the call.
We are in an organization so we must follow the outlined procedures given to us.

After a few tries I was able to contact the Garden Contractor in Oton. I told and reminded them that whenever they received a call or text from the head office they must answer it promptly.
ReplyDeleteThe communication must not end, it must be constant and clear. Whenever they saw that they have missed calls, they MUST call back or text back and inform the reason why they were not able to answer the call or text.
I have also talked to Ms. April and explained and make it clear again to them how important is communication.

Good morning sir! Communication is an important ingredient for one company to succeed. We are required to communicate with our superiors and co-employees, answer the call, text or the post posted on the blog immediately. We will read again the memo regarding communication to be reminded on this.
