 Status of Hiring at Oton, La Union, and Calamba

What are being done regarding hiring?  What will be done?  When can we hire?  What are the strategies?  How much effort/time is put into this?

    1. Calamba

    Jovie Aingal, our former CSS wil be hired again. She was finished the initial interview and exams. Her job requirements will be submitted on Sept. 27, 2011 and probably by Sept 29, 2011 final interview will be conducted.

    2. Oton - List of applicants from PESO were already texted and email. Screening and exam were scheduled by next week.

    3. La Union - Lay out of tarpaulin for hiring is ready for print to increase awareness in the community. Social media like FB is also using to attract applicants. Ms. JMV will continue to give flyers on hiring.

  2. 1. I already texted and sent invitation for initial interview and screening the applicants that were received from peso office. I also set schedules of their interviews and exams.

    I have posted again at OLX for Job hiring at Oton.

    I will immediately inform ES on the results of my text and emails once they were acknowledged by the applicants.
