l. Read with the staff the posts. Discuss; ask for suggestions and action plan
2. In the comment: List down: Who were present in the AM talk, date and time and what were: discussed and plan of action.
Are we close? Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.

Yes sir. We will read every topic in the blog every am talk and I will report after each talk who are present in the discussion and their action plan afterwards through posting.
