1.  What I did to manage the SBU?
     1.  I have discussed with Michelle and Anne the importance of having updated schedules and ledgers;
     2.  We managed to have an updated outstanding payables;
     3.  Anne were able to reconcile delinquent 7 accounts (3 from HGGMP, 2 from HGOMP, 2 from HGLUMP)
     4.  We were able to deliver mugs to HGGMP (through the effort of Mam ERS), Oton and Calapan with the help of Cherryl and Eddie
     5.  Delivered documents of Ms. Anne Michelle Guevarra (complaint from HGGMP), Bella Castro (Long awaited document of Ash Crypt) of HGLUMP
     6.  I interviewed applicant in Accounting.  She is scheduled for her first day orientation on Monday.<di pa naiinterview?>
     
2.  What did I learn from Management and Leadership?
     I learned that to be an effective manager I must understand too the relationship of business and the Bible.  I must keep on monitoring, checking and make corrections and mentoring.  Managing my time by listing my priorities will help me achieve goals and targets on time.<from the resources>

3.  BPI - We have collected Php. 220,000.00 Management Fee from the 5 SBU.
     SBU - As of today daily cash position is  Php. 3,232,654.29   <ano mga negosyo>

4.  What did we do to beautify the office?
     We are planning to install a rack for our files and supplies.  Eddie had done canvassing for the materials. We will prepare for the purchase order tomorrow, so that we will be able to install it as soon as possible.  <what is the timeline>

1.  Valentines promo results:

What is the analysis:  why did it not work;   what is the action?

2.  Distribution of SOA of MLII was slow. 

3.  Projects: Status
     a.  Body Repair of Patrol - body repair must be expedite so that it can be transferred to HGCMP.  Ms. Bren and Ms. Danica will coordinate and agree on the mode of 
          payment of the patrol;  <timeline?>
     b.  HGLUMP - the widening/excavation of lagoon must start immediately because the summer is past approaching; the project of putting up a cistern must expedite so <what was done>
          that we may have enough water to sustain watering and keeping the park green for the summer.
     c.  HGOMP - the well improvement of HGOMP must be done as soon as possible.  Contact Mr. Acuerdo for the RCP.<nagawa na ba?>

We must always be closer to the target.  Never make "baklas".  Always aim for a closer target as much as possible, we must hit the target.

Resolutions of the previous meeting must be done asap. <Nagawa na?>

Our report of today work,

1. How did we manage Majorem -
I am thinking about introducing additional culture it goes like this, "When you commit mistake don't hide it, report it, learn from it and don't do it again. This quote will encourage transparency and improvement. The other is, When something goes wrong, don't go about blaming other instead ask ourselves where did I go wrong? this will encourage people to own responsibility on their action. I believe if I can influence my team mate to embrace this idea Majorem will move forward to our ultimate goal as a wealth builder.
2. What did you learn on selling - One time I attended a meeting/training our facilitator ask for a volunteer, and there he has a very delicious cake presented to a volunteer audience offered in a well decorated plate, as when the audience about to eat the cake, the facilitator crumple the cake with his bare hands; the volunteered audience was offended for what the facilitator did. The facilitator began to unfold his powerful message. He explained that the product looks delicious and the presenter (agent) crumple it the way he present it. Resulted to none buying of the very good product. The way we present ourselves or product that we offer plays a huge role making a successful transaction. 
2B. Management - As I read blogs on management another thing I learn was that a manager must finds ways to avoid redundancy of work, Manager also must for ways how to simplify things, whether is work process/information, I learned that one of the main job of a manager is clarify things and not complicate them,
2C. Leadership - My most admired leadership style is how the savior demonstrate, on my reading the story of pass over wherein all the Israelite from different part of the country gather together in Jerusalem to be in that very special occasion, to the business minded individual in Jerusalem it is an opportunity to do business to the extent that the temple dedicated to God has been a place of merchandize. Christ once again demonstrate His leadership skills by throwing merchandize, animals; despite of so many stall owners that are present not even one of them dare to attack Him. To be a leader we must have the courage as Christ. When desecrating the very symbol of goodness and violating the sanctity of our mission, we must have the heart and will to act demonstrating our opposition against wrong doing.   <good example>
