Office	-          Regular attending to Customers’queries with courtesy and be able to let them feel comfortable.Giving of folded fans to customers that are possible for closing sales.
Payments	-          Consistency in following up customers for their arrears to help increased our collection; -          Proper explanation to customers the reason why they have to pay their monthly amortization on time to avoid surcharge and avoid arrears
Documents	-          Texting and Calling to clients to inform them for their accomplished documents
Interments	-          Updated posting of interment pictures in Facebook and Griefshares on blogs -          Presence of Acmo to interments to monitor the interment proper procedure -          Checking of interment checklist and site before interment -          Talked properly to ISG the proper way of cleaning up their mess after their work
Post interments	Posted   3 interments on griefshare and facebook

2.       UniqCSEx

Office furniture	Re-arrangement of office furniture
Office décor	Additional ornamental plants were placed inside the office;
Car/ CJ	Daily checking done
Toilets	Daily maintenance of toilet; specially during interments.

3.       Interment equipment –     New Motif was been utilized.

      Interment procedures – Commitment prayer was being read by one of the family members

4.       Landscaping – Re-installation of vertical garden in the chapel area

Vertical Gardens	Maintenance of vertical garden by putting animal manure  and frequent watering it
Herbal Gardens/Nursery	Putting up of plant name tags for identification Maintenance of herbal by propagation and frequent watering the plants. Propagation of ficus plants and peanut plants Planted 300 plastic of santan and transferred 6 plants from the nursery
Lawn and garden maintenance	Regular pulling up of grass and weeds Planted peanut plant in replace of the Bandera Espanola plant at the entrance area.
Compost Pit	Widening of compost pit to contain all necessary needed to decompost

Interment	Portable sound system with microphone alternative during brown-out.
