    Positive attitude is not automatic. I must develop this to manage my SBU well. just 1 person who is negative in an SBU will affect everything. I must be 101% positive so that I can overcome that 1 negative person.

    A rejection from your customer will not affect my second or third until my last sales presentation. i must see things in a positive way.

    Creating positive attitude is very important, I have a quotation that says, "Attitude determine altitude" it is how we act or react on a particular situation. Either positive or negative it is really our choice. We gain confidence depends on our knowledge of our products and services. And our attitude come from our motivation, deeper understanding of our purpose.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey

2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.

3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way
