Good Morning. Regarding on the zero performance of HGOMP for the first few days of Valentines Day Promo, We are really deeply hurt but struggling to deliver the desired results that we have committed.

What the Competitor Offers >Our newest competitor The Golden Haven Memorial Park located in between Oton and San Miguel town. >They are pre-selling their lot for as low as Php 450.00 for 5 years, zero down payment and zero interest  on lawn lots, P 2000.00 for 4 lot garden niche zero down payment and zero interest  and P 7500.00 on Garden Estate for 5 years zero down payment and zero interest > Our agents  also informed us that two thirds of the lots have been sold out as of this time. > We ask our agents why Golden Haven lots is selling like pancakes in the market, they said that it is because the price is cheap and they could afford it. They are also have faith in Villars company because they said that he is known property developer. The likes of Savannah, Camella and other property to name. > They don’t mind if Villar has many pending cases in the court as long as they can see development.  Villar has also been in the memorial park industry since 1983, his Las Pinas flagship project. He also opened other branches in Cebu 2003, Cagayan de Oro 2008, Zamboanga 2009 and Iloilo 2013.

What we Offers: > The Holy Gardens Oton Memorial Park is located in Brgy. Trapiche, Oton. It is near the national highway and very accessible. It is located in a prime area with Gaisano Capital, Anhawan Beach Resort and other well known establishment as its neighbors. >We are not in pre-selling mode, because we are already in the business here in Oton for 12 years now. The price of our lots have appreciated in the last 12 years. The lowest that we offer twelve years ago was Php 14,450.00. Today the price stood at P 38,000.00 on lawn 5. >Our priciest lot which is the GE lot was sold out and thats why we assigned Lawn 2B area as our new GE lots, because a lot of our clients wants to have a GE, as a sign of social status. Others lots in our site is also nearly sold out. That is  why we are developing Lawn 4 and Lawn 5 to accommodate new clients. Lawn 4 and Lawn 5 is being back-filled as of now and full development is on going.  > We also pre-sell our lots before we open 12 years ago and it was nearly sold out in the first year. If we go down like what our competitor is doing we will give wrong impression to the public and competitor that we are a losing company because instead of raising our price we are slashing it. Giving to many discount as low as 50% off will hurt our market value. We are in prime area so our value is much higher than our competitor. >We are also in fullblast development and hopefully it will be sustained and we will see the full development 2 to 3 years from now. We just don’t promise but we deliver. We are true to our word and we stand for it. We believe in our superior and we know we have faith in his word.
