Suggested Interment Improvements

Subject: Suggested interment improvements

1.Outsourcing of interment packages

E.g. Look for one supplier of flowers,balloons, refreshments

2. Putting kamote chips,banana chips, peanut in a bowl that will be open to

all attendees of interment. Place it in a table either near the location of

refreshment or in the location of tokens,flower display.

3. Putting tarpaulin (memorial notice) on top of the casket during interment

4. Jack hammer for Calamba

5. LED TV

6. Replacement of chairs/sound system especially in Oton

Every SBU must have interment improvement every week.

    Acknowledge sir.We will do the suggested interment improvement for our service to become in.Hindi mapang-iwanan sa kung ano ang uso at dapat tayo ang manguna sa mga trend na iyon.Lalo na ang nagiging tatak natin na Holy Gardeners ay dekalidad ang ating interment service,according sa mga attendees at clients natin.Makakaasa po kayo sir na gagawin po namin ito and we will workout on the LED TV dahil wala pa pong gumagawa dito kahit mga competitor natin.

    We acknowledge your post sir. We will implement the suggested interment improvements in our coming interments and include it in our presentation in slideshare/dailymotion. This will serves a new surprising in our interment service. We will give the best memorial service for our customers it will create a buzz in other clients, friends and families.

    Timeline for the implementation of suggested interment improvements:

    1. Outsourcing of interment packages-start today I will give report on Saturday(Sept 17,2011)

    2. Putting kamote chips,peanut during interment- it will be implemented by La Union and Pangasinan tomorrow in their interment. Other SBU will be implemented once they have schedule interments.

    3. Putting tarpaulin on top of the casket- for pangasinan and la union it will be implemented for tomorrow's interment. Other SBU will be implemented once they have schedule interments.

    4. LED TV- PDCA will be submitted until Saturday (Sept.17,2011)

    5. New chairs of Oton will be purchase today. We will post the pictures in this blog.

    A pleasant day to you, sir. We acknowledge the suggested interment improvements posted on our blog. I started purchasing the materials needed for additional refreshment for customers during the interment proper. Other suggested interment improvements will be shown on our interment tomorrow. We will capture the implementation of it starting tomorrow on our interment. This will add customer satisfaction on our interment services.

    Yes sir, we will implement the suggested interment improvements here in Pangasinan.
    We will submit weekly improvements in interment through sending of pictures.
    Memorial notice is being placed in front of our convoy vehicle (Patrol) and therefore be placed also on top of the casket upon arrival at the site/grave.

    We are setting the standard in interment service, we should always improve our interment service, this is our advantage from the other memorial park,we need to be modern and innovate new ideas to improve more in Interment Service.
