Presenting Caskets to Prospects

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

Helping countrymen PLAN for their DESTINY

This is how the conversation should go when we visit a funeral home at the hour of need.  Better buy prepaid service to avoid the pain: and fear

Note that most caskets are presented in funeral homes as quarter casket to save on expenses;  the stocks are in the store room, or warehouses

Further price reduction of Chapel Memorial Service (at Need) of our current customers

To     : Ana

Thru:   GM Madel

November 29, 2016

We priced the top of the line service  for HGGMP using semi bronze casket at P150,000.  The regular at need pricing for this should be at P200,000

We agreed to P140,000 last Tuesday, and then this Saturday I agreed to further P5,000 reduction

However as I looked into the chapel memorial service around, that costs P150,000 i noticed that in terms of flowers we are wanting.

Thus, I am inclined to suggest that the fee be further reduced to P130,000  (she will just owe us P10,000)

In the future, I strongly enjoin the SBUs chapel to level up to the proposed amenities and standards.

Main Value Proposition for Chapel Memorial Service

BE a BIDDA: "BELIEVE, INSPIRE, DREAM, DO ACHIEVE"

What will the buyer of a chapel (funeral) memorial service value in the package he buys?   The casket, or  more.

What do we sell?

We sell memorialization:  that the loved one be remembered in a special way in a special way (our main mission statement for Holy Gardens memorial park.

How is it shown at CMS?

1. Casket, price and quality (the casket counts but not all.  Some funeral homes sell cheap caskets but can command premium price

2.  Plus:

     1.  Flowers and garden themes

The number one want of customers of the bereaved is the judicious use of flowers.  They will pay premium price for quality and beautiful flowers.   Flowers is the best way to show love and devotion to the deceased loved ones.   That is why this post took extra efforts to show special flower arrangements.

    2.  Extras and other amenities:

Dirty CR on November 1, 2016

Here is the comment of Francis Allan Barangan on one of our Memorial Park SBU. Blind item

Sino kaya?  We were very particular about the CR on November 1:  clean, with water, soap, tissue paper.  One bad moment can destroy what we tried to build over the years.   We were talking about PLAISIR  -  effect on five senses.

Who is the concerned SBU (this is from Francis Allan Barangan, former IT exec of ABS CBN?

It does not reflect well on our:

Personal mastery, mindset, our training on CS (if we still remember) leadership and management

It's a nice place for your dearly departed. But the comfort room is dirty and there is no water as I found out the last time I visited and this last November 1, 2016. Doesn't the management know?

The following can be bench marked or used as inspiration for making great flower arrangement for chapel memorial services.  We or the customers should just depend on the  flower shops for ideas.  We can be creative.  Our staff must be trained to make flower arrangement.  Di lang beke ang marunong nito.  They too can can learn this with practice.

The best way to express love and sympathy is through flowers  In the survey made, flowers is the number one desired feature of a chapel memorial service or interment.   We should develop strong supply chain for flowers and arranger (and even in house talent)

Gorgeous Themes to inspire us

I texted you yesterday PM re themes.  We need 6 for the brochure lay out of CMS:

This office listed:

1.  Angelic

2.  Wedding

3.   Party

4.  Tropical gardens

5.  Saints

6.  Filipiniana

7.   Forest or natural

This can be done in conjunction with a tentlike contraption to make it easier to put curtains and other decors (a la motif)

Critical to these are the item/flower stand which could be:

1.  Roman, Greek or Corinthian inspired

2.  Bamboo or wood

3.  Wrought iron

If you saw the picture of Liezl Martinez wake, then you get the idea of the flower theme.

Ideas on how to make better flower and garden arrangement for our chapel memorial service

TO:   Holy Gardens Pangasinan

        Holy Gardens Calamba

I visited the wake of  mother Ms. Mila Manaig and we discussed  the possible improvements of the flower arrangement:  At her service (almost 150,000) there should be fresh flowers daily, not only of repair.  Her idea of excellent service is that of Ace In Calamba.  The  flowers are full at the bottom of casket:

We should spray insecticides to control the ants, and polish the metal of the caskets daily  (to be done by the attendants)

Can we benchmark the above for P150,000 packages?
