CMO - Chief Marketing Officer; overall in charge of marketing, operations

CSS 1, SBU sales director n charge of prospecting, sales, recruitment of sellers, com of sellers and prizes, sales report; PPA and master list, docs; in charge of all other files
CSS 2 - funeral director and cash custodian of the sbu: payroll, petty cash fund, interment, (and temporary funeral fund) prepares interment service, and tributes; issues receipts; orders vault when inventory is low
CSS 3 - media director and spiritual counsellor; condoles with the family of the deceased; makes birthday greetings anniversary recurerdos of the deceased, updates the display, griefshare, obit posts, tribute uploads; Consoles the dying the sick
SFC - Sbu Financial controller, in charge of financial transaction of the SBUs, does the AP, ICR, makes the ledgers, posts on the same comparing with the OR, sends and shares abstracts with the 3fjm; in charge of all accounting files; inventories of FFE, materials
Garden Technicians - in charge of beautification (cleanliness 5s of the park) landscaping, innovation; nursery, warehouse inventories and TPM
Transportation specialist - assist in tripping and closing of sales; in charge the vehicle, its TPM, log book, making monthly dent reports and TPM of other rolling stocks

1. Chief Marketing Officer - over all in charge of planning execution, checking and improving loan operations, record keeping reports, investment, collection achievement of results by the staff under him/her
2. Loan Assistant in charge of loan processing achieving revenue target, collection of loans granted, arrears report, rate setting, custody of loan files: credit and collateral
3. Accounting Assistant - Loans; SL of loans; balancing of Loans SL with GL, preparing ALCOM report, CRB and CDB
Prepares simple excel program to compute for quarterly interest of funds being handled
Prepares FS: cash flow, income statement, balance sheet
4. Accounting Assistant Funds: records from abstract shared: SL of PC, VAT, ME.
Takes charge of the CAPF and claims thereof, pays the claims

1. Chief Accountant/Admin Asst Officer - overall supervision: planning doing of various BPI functions: hr, accounting, marketing, auditing reporting; govt reports, FS of BPI, Majorem, Destiny, SBUs

8.Rewards Assistant - in charge of the administration of the rewards card program for Holy Gardens buyers; the software,the cards, the posting of rewards points; makes sure customers are happy with the rewards card,and many avail of the points by paying at the banks or offices
