: Zero Tolerance

May observed na bagong infringement sa Calamba:

1.  Kulang na balloons 17 lang ang dala out of 24 na ordered (Has this been going on?)

When confronted, texted, Lennie said di niya alam

According to Nestor Tan removed EVP of RCBC, the $81 million happened because of tax internal

control collusion and non compliance with procedure. To avoid such problem, while we accept

human weakness, THERE SHOULD BE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NON COMPLIANCE AS IN

CALAMBA, OTHERWISE WE HAVE ENDLESS PROCESSION OF ACCIDENTS. ANGRY

CUSTOMERS AND LOST SALES. DO WE UNDERSTAND ZERO TOLERANCE?

Zero tolerance: is a way to eliminate undesirable behavior. In other words, it is a policy that provides an automatic punishment for violating company rules. Also, these policies keep those in managerial roles from 'bending' the rules or to use their own discretion.

zero tolerance

the policy of applying laws or penalties to even minor infringements of a code in order to reinforce
 its overall importance.

  1. This is a reminder from us SBUs. Need talaga hindi e-tolerate mga undesirable behavior. Kaya dapat kapag may na-notice sa isang empleyado na hindi tama maliit man na bagay o malaki dapt e-correct kaagad at pagsabihan sila para ma-avoid sila if they're violating policies.
