3ffb PE at Eastridge April 30, 2016
The 3ffb staff had PE at Eastridge today. We did hill climbing. The staff: Marecho, Helen and Mercy gathered at 7 11 at 6:30 this am. Myron went ahead but she waited for us at Unamonte. The rest of us caught up with Myron by 7:00 am. We reached the summit by 7:30. There were a lot of other hikers (the biggest group being that of Unisun group - former mga kasama) and mtb riders. I even assisted a MTB rider who had a busted fd.
I was able to ride this entire stretch using an MTB.

1. One of our beliefs is learning. It pays that you learn more to do more Just to survive you have to learn how forage in a forest or raise your food, catch prey
2. In order to discharge your job well, you have to learn your admin plan the process flow and standards.
3. To keep up with changes, you have to learn and read. There is no other way

Thank you sir for a challenging experience after all the weary and perspiring the view over the hill is so beautiful I consider it one of my success finally I finish climbing this Eastridge that I thought on first that i didn't make it
