Agenda for Construction Meeting

Constant & close communication.

The following shall be agenda for construction meeting on Monday.  Please be prepared. Have documents ready.

l.  Timeline and budget for Martinez. x

2.  Manageable execution for Nov l for all SBU, budget x

3.  Progress of saleable areas:  (have pictures ready -LATEST!

        1.  Calapan
        2.  Oton
        3.  Calamba

4.  Construction projects to be completed prior to Nov. l;   last day of constructionx

5.  Landscaping plans x

6,  Lawn l and 2 plans for submission to DOH x

5.  Priorities for Next Year.

           l.  Finish La union - Chapel and Toilet

          2.  Tambak sa Oton

          3.  Chapel at Pangasinan

          4.  Lighting

Paki paghandaan
