HGLUMP Marketing Plan- FOFF


HOLY GARDENS LA UNION MEMORIAL PARK
MARKETING PLAN – FOFF (FREE OBITAURY FOR FRIENDS)


GOAL/OBJECTIVES:

  1. To generate prospects that will be converted to sale.
  2. To increase awareness about Holy Gardens Memorial by using obituaries online.
  3. To give excellent interment service even to our non-customers. To capture the interest of non-customers.
  4. To strengthen our partnership /relationship with funerals.
  5. Goodwill for HGLUMP


REALITY

            Despite of all the effort that we are doing in our interment services to attract buyers still the impact is very low.
Very low conversion of sales that we get from interments. We need to do something that will touch the emotion of our customers that will also lead us generate more prospects and sales. Thus, the implementation of this FOFF is very important.

Options/Alternatives:

Plan A.1. Visit places of La Union wherein there is wake to encourage the relatives to    
                 Avail our free obituaries.
        A.2 Announcement after interment by the CSS regarding free obit.
        A.3 Announcement during interment receptions.
        A. 4 coordination with funeral homes.

Plan B.1. Coordinate with hospitals, city health office to get list of dead persons daily. Giving of referral fees and calling cards to      
                Hospital attendants who are in charge of dead persons.
        B.2 Coordination with Churches staff regarding schedule of interments and posting of FOFF stickers
