Comments and Visits on the Blog

Constant & close communication. 5 disciplines: mental models, personal mastery, systemic thinking, shared vision, team learning. Are we close?

Regarding blogs at this site, on reading and commenting:

Goal:     Even and clear communications

Reality:   as per blog stats, some posts have zero visits, and mostly visits and comments from the North:  LUMP and HGPMP are the only ones who visit and comment.  This is consistent with textback results.

Options:   l.  comply and communicate
                 2.  More CCD applications
                 3.  More hard work by MGB

Some suggestions:

l.  There are posts that are to be visited by all: like this post

2.  Posts that concern CSS like balloon tribute, and birthday/death anniversaries, all CSS, CMO must acknowledge.

3.  MGB must ensure that this post is followed and complied with.

4   All those who post on the blogs must comment on relevant posts.

Strictly acknowledge reading and understanding by promptly making a comment..comply.
