10% DOWN PAYMENT PROMO

BACKGROUND:
5% down payment promo has an impact on our sales for the month of October and November. Some of the prospects for 5% down payment did not materialized on November 1 (deadline of the promo). We want to offer them 10% down payment which is also affordable and can help to increase our collection.

  1. Continue 5% down payment
  2. 10% down payment
Option no. 2 is the best alternative to increase sales and collection.

OFFICE SALES:
1. Personal sales from November 8, 2011 to December 15, 2011 minimum of 12 units will received:
Below 12 units - 0
12 units – 2,000.00
24 units – 10,000.00
30 units – 15,000.00
2. Incentives will be released on or before December 22, 2011. Subject to audit.

    Acknowledge po.Sinimulan na po namin kanina ang pamimigay po ng leaflets at proposal para sa 10% downpayment promo.At magandang pamalit po ito para sa nakalipas nating promo (5%downpayment promo),para makakuha parin ang mga hindi nakakuhang mga prospect po namin.Ipapaalam din po namin ito sa aming mga agent.Pag-iigihan po namin ang pagbebenta.     Very nice promo po Sir, aside from the fact that it is affordable for all the clients because of its low downpayment, it is also a motivator for all the marketing people because of the high chance to get incentives if we work hard to achieved the number of units qualifier.
