SUBJECT: REVIVAL OF BIRTHDAY AND DEATH ANNIVERSARY GREETINGS
We have done this before. As all important things done, if left unsupervised, it disappears and atrophies.
We are reviving this.
Some activities worth considering and implementing:
l. l23 greetings via internet, or smartphones to friends and relatives of the deceased.
2. Posting at FOFF and HolygardensGriefshare
3. Texting
4. Posting at Interment Announcement board in front of the site;
5. Posting at LED tv if any
6. Placing an artificial flower display, or even fresh flower to any deceased who celebrates birthday and death anniversary.
For implementation by December 2011

ReplyDeleteAkcnowledge Sir. This were discussed already to both the CSS. As ACMO i will monitor how many were sent birthday greetings, anniversary and death greetings at our SBU. This will add more value to our customers. This is in line with our adspeak " so lovingly remembered at Holy Gardens".

in our face book account and texting though some already changed their contact numbers.weekly we gather list of FOFF and will implement to visit the bereaved family as this is part of our mission. Its one way of remembering customers and non customers especially the deceased.

Good morning po, we have already read and understood these blog, in our SBU, we will continue and practice these revival of birthdays and death anniversary greetings for our love ones,to express our deepest sympathy for the deceased that lied in our Memorial Park, and also to help our clients to ease their pains because of the lost of their love ones. And we will practice it to show the importance of memories that their love ones leave for us. And it also help us to increase our sales.
