SUBJECT: LANDSCAPING PROJECTS PER SBU
Last November 22, 2011, I have already provided a landscaping layout for all SBU's , but some
of them did not pay much attention, even purchasing of the required plants and trees.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To make a well-landscaped Holy Gardens Memorial Park.
2. To produce interesting view/ attraction inside our Memorial Park.
3. To encourage our client to invest another lot.
a. Read and understand the provided landscaping layout per SBU.
b. Provide PDCA.
c. Purchase and provide the necessary material and manpower.
- Plants/shrubs
- Trees
- Garden soil-pino(malinis)
- Ipa
- Garden tools
d. All CMO/ACMO- Always monitor the daily activities of our GT/GC, check if their actions conform to
the landscaping plan.
e. Please comply and execute properly.

Yun pong sa amin based po dun sa landscaping plan hindi na po muna kami bibili ng mga halaman, kasi po unang una marami po tayong ficus dito sa Panga at may mga existing na rin pong indian trees. Kailangan lang po naming maglipat at sundin ang nakalagay na sukat/distansya ng mga trees.
ReplyDeleteSa shrubs naman po, tumitingin na po kami ng mga pwedeng pagkuhaan at paghingian ng mga duranta at santan sa mga bahay bahay kasi po hindi sasapat ang dami sa nursery.
Sa ngayon po inuumpisahan ng icultivate ang area para sa landsaping project. Imomonitor ko po ang ating GC para masunod po ang landscaping plan.

Magandang araw po, sa amin po nakapag canvass na po kame last Tuesday ng indian tress, hawaian palm, pagpapasa na lang po kame ng P.O. para ma approve and then saka po isusunod ang landscape plan.

Engr: Kulang ang BOM lalo na ang number ng shrubs at ground cover.
ReplyDeleteWala din ang estimate ng number of GT needed, hours needed, planting materials needed, tulos at tree tender/anchors.
